Working on Pheromone Journal Document. How to post it here?

I am working on a Word document to journal my pheromone experience.

I can’t exactly walk around with a clipboard so I am going to approach it the same way I dream journal.

There will be a section for products used, how much, body location of product, situation, etc., that I can fill out ahead of time, and then a “notes section” where I can write stuff down later…

Was wondering, is there a way to post it here for others? It might take me a week or two to perfect it.

You’re more than welcome to browse my journal to see if that format appeals to you. I’m sure others here feel the same.

If you’re using Word you can easily cut and paste in. Just be sure to open a new thread in the Men’s Journals section. Here:

Tisha wrote a sticky in the womens section a while back on how to report on phero’s. It’s got a great template you can use

Go the the top of the mens forum and you will see a journal section.

Only Pherotalk registered members can see it or enter it. It doesnt get spidered by google either so its a good comfortable place to spill your guts LOL

Start a thread like you normally would and name your journal.

Then just copy and paste from word. You can use the reporting format I posted in the sticky section in the women’s forum if you want. This way you dont leave things out or just use your own style.

If your testing something new I suggest you keep a eye out for each thing listed on the template and add it. It will help you understand the products and help androtics in there research.

Another thing I am not sure if I mentioned is keywords. If your testing something for a week certain words will keep coming up when you are trying to describe the reactions your getting. This helps you determine exactly what the molecule or mix is doing.

My journal is off line and huge but when I look back at a week of testing I highlight the words that keep coming up again and again. You begin to see a pattern and it helps you to understand each molecule more.

Most of all have fun with it. Its why you started using mones to begin with

Sigil.tech, do you mean posting an actual word “.doc” file as an attachment in a post?

Yea, a doc file. I have it all formatted and such with tables.

OH LOL

To attach a file to a new post, simply click the [Manage Attachments] button at the bottom of the post composition page, and locate the file that you want to attach from your local hard drive.
After posting, the image attachments may display a thumbnail, depending on the forum settings. To view the contents of the attachment (if it is not already displayed) simply click the filename link that appears next to the attachment icon.

Thanks! I have been using a notepad for awhile now but will be completing the Word doc soon!
