I swim to keep in shape, and there are some lifeguards there that are really attractive, and I was wondering if anything would work at the pool? I’d think it’d get washed off when you get in, but I figured you guys would probably know more about that than a noob like me, lol.
The chlorine in the water would make short work of the pheros, CBellK. I would turn detective, find out when they leave for the day and engineer an ‘accidental’ meeting away from the pool.

After your swim, rinse off all the clorine and then apply some sunscreen and whatever products you like and lounge around sunbathing.
u could go talk to one of the lifeguards for 30 min+ and then jump in the pool. I once did that after spraying CTTM + IS + 2x amoo . it left the girl in trance!
I’d imagine the longest lasting mone would be A314, just because it’s oil-based. I would avoid using any -nols because the heat from being in the sun all day would turn them into -none pretty quickly.
Wait what? Nols convert to none? That can actually be a good thing for PUA day game. Figure you start with Nols like in IO or IH and your game is very light and comfortable, but as you progress through comfort and into seduction phase the Nols are converting into none so your phero signature becomes more sexual as your game progresses.
Any more info on what type of conditions are ideal if this is something you want and how long does it take to happen?
Usually happens with heat. The bacteria on your skin convert the nols to none. This is actually one of the reasons I don’t like to use -nols when I go to bars and clubs, A1/IFM and meo-est work very nicely as buffers and I can avoid any problems with -none conversion. Comes in handy when I already start the night off with a good dose of -none.
Yeah I actually experienced this, my body generates alot of eat, and I can smell the -none in 1 or 2 hours out of the IO, actually I dont get this with IS or at least I didnt notice until now.
I dont have A1, androtics dosent sell but I want to buy it from LS later when I am more experienced, either that or try the so much announced and antecipated A2 concotion that is in the brew to be relised as a experimental. What I tend to do in my night going is to spary IO in areas I dont heat so much like in the air… not the head the head heats, the back of my hands and my cloath and so far didnt notice the -none transformation.

i think worrying about ODing is over-blown in this board. I have used over 10mcg of anone a few times, and I haven’t gotten anything reallytoo negative. Some white girls I knew when crazy- eyes began dilating and started touching my chest- however, a couple asian girls started ignoring me like crazy…
Same here, not sure why that is. I’d say on average it takes me about 5 hours before I start noticing BO from IO. Can’t remember ever getting that smell from IH, but I’m not positive.
Was there something in particular I could help explain a bit better? If it’s the conversion thing, a LOT of people don’t know about that, at least not when they first start using pheromones. As far as I know it’s really just the -nols that you have to worry about with conversion. Even so, it isn’t that bad, like I said before all I got was a slight BO stink from it. Quick shower and all better.
The best way to see if something works is by doing it. Worst case scenario is you turn into a -none bomb and you learn for next time.

You’ll pick up on it pretty quickly just reading the recent posts for a week or so. Quick rundown: IJ and TUTH = none, A314 and IG = erone, IO, IH, CTTM2 = nol. That is very basic and I suggest you just browse the forums a bit to learn more.
So, going by that link, if I put on equal parts IO and IH, that would be the same as putting on CTTM (since one is 70/30 and the other is 30/70)?
In theory, yes. But because each product has different “steering pheromones” I can’t say 100% yes.
