Just wondering what do you guys do for the wrist? Do you spray the -mones on the upper part of the wrist or on the underside? I always sprayed it on the underside(veins,artery side) but noticed that on Oasis314 applications points 101 it showed on the top side.
Another question is, how do you guys remove the -mones? I sprayed some on my arm area,and the Ammo seems to have gotten stuck on my arm…I washed it thoroughly for 5 minutes, but the smell still lingers.

I usually spray underside - same side as your palm I mean. You can spray it either. It’s useful if you want to spray a bunch of different products.
Remove them using just soap and water.. It’s highly unlikely the AMMO is still there after scrubbing for more than just 30 secs lol
Like said its unlikely that the AMMO is still there after scrubbing for 5 min. I generally tend to spray on the underside of the wrists because its more of a plus point but it depends how many products I am using if I am using aswell.
I tend to use both sides - Oil base goes on top of my wrist and alcohol beneath.
A good scrub with plain soap and water is the best way to shift pheros, esp from anywhere with any amount of body hair.
Witch Hazel and Tea Tree Soaps are very good indeed. 
Soap and hot water will remove almost anything from your skin. In blood borne pathogens classes they tell you its even better than hand sanitizer.
Unless you sprayed it against your skin and then tried to wash it off within a few minutes of it driving, it shouldn’t still be on you. Is it maybe on your sleeve and that is what you’re smelling? Its harder to get things like this out of clothes as with any fragranced product.
