They do not necessarily need to be applied to different areas, its whatever works best for you - neck, wrists, back of neck, etc. Its just personal preference.
Ahh, I thought there was a reason people put it on their wrists and elbows and such because usually I just put it on the front and back of my neck. Another question, what are the P versions? Like p74 and P83 etc…I’ve seen threads about people using them but what is the difference? Thanks!
