guess what im 19 and still a virgin! i think i need help
Don’t feel bad, 19 isn’t that old buddy, it all depends on how you were raised and the kind of trouble you hang around yet. Do you really want a child at your age?
Stay focused! Whats most important in life? Whats more important? Getting laid or building a career? You work hard early in life and you will not have to work a day once you retire. In reference to the contrary, the opposite can be true; little work early in life can result in lifelong positions in a dead end job. Earn some cash, save your money, and invest! If I would have been there to tell myself this when I was younger i’d be a multimillionaire by now(Burnt hundreds of thousands when I was 18-21 on women), not that they were not worth every penny…but ya know 
Anyways, back to the pherotalk; what is your target age range and race? It is highly suggested to begin with the instant line of socials such as Instant Openness, Instant Honesty, and Instant Shine. Throw in a little Ammo or Instant Gentlemen and you’re set for the party.

There is nothing wrong with being 19 and a virgin first off, so get that out of your head.
And you mentioned your own problem, your afraid to approach! Its your job as the guy to do so. Very rarely are you going to find a women that will approach you. So the solution? Just do it until its comfortable. Its hard, and will take work, but its the best way to change permanently and get what you want.

Here is a good strategy to help
Every day, do something to get yourself out of your comfort zone. Do if everyday, and your confidence will skyrocket when you see no real bad will come of it.
One of my best friends was probably one of the best looking guys out of our group of friends, but because he was shy, it wasn’t until he was 24 that it happened.
I showed him step like reading some dating books, and encouraged him to go out there and leave his comfort zone.
Specifically with you and women, your comfort zone is prolly the size of a small box. To venture out, you’re going to have to explore around that box first to be able to quickly get back to your comfort zone if things don’t work out as planned. But guess what, you just expanded your comfort zone, maybe its an inch now, or a foot, whatever it doesn’t matter, you have to consistently get out of it so that progressively you will get better and better at it.
