We do I think have the largest staff of any phero company. At least 10 if I’m right. Far more counting contractors and project help (Research, Technical). We’re a global outfit across time zones.
We’re trying hard that someone is online somewhere all the time. Our phones aren’t open 24H, but I know as fact we’ve got staff checking Zendesk and assigned callbacks daily.
We’re fighting hard to reign in Fedex and DHL costs (this lot esp. Fed. makes sport of excess charges, which we must assign someone hours to audit).
I know Jay and Brian are working up a program to make faster and when poss. same day shipping a goal.
Again thanks all on behalf of public and sometimes behind scenes (shipping, lab, chemists, tech. support) staff. And esp. MX and product designers.
