Instant Openess has really never done anything for me but instant honesty has really helped communication and positive atitude in people around me.

To tell you the truth Instant Openness works fine for me people who are normally quiet with talk alot more but its more meaningless random chat. Its Fun and I enjoy it but like you there are times when I just dont want to here all that chatter so I dont use it as often as some other pheromones.
I like Come Talk To Me Mix 2 and Instant Honesty better. The conversations seem more deeper and interesting.
IO tends to make me not be able to sleep. It sort of makes my mind go a mile a minute. I end up having strange dreams and waking alot. Probably because I am very outgoing normally.
I do believe you decided on Ammo and Instant Shine. Those are 2 good choices and go very well together. From your intro post I would consider IH over IO.

ya i used it for first time today and made me and my buddy really chatty. I didn’t really realize when i was affected but now i realize
CTTM2 is a mix of Anol and Bnol. Its just like wearing both IO and IH at the same time only the effects are slightly different because how they mixed it.
I just recently got it myself on the advice of Tater. You also get alot more outgoing behavoir and alot of talking but it seems like more quality convos instead of quantity.
