Ok, here’s the deal:
My boss favors the male employees. I don’t want to say sexist, exactly, but close. He may be a tad bit in the closet as well. Maybe even a bit intimidated by confident, strong women; he admitted himself that he likes dating chicks in their early 20’s (he’s late 30’s), because by the time women hit 30, they’re set in their ways, and have a mind of their own.
Anyhow, I’m one of the best sellers and best employees at my job, and yet, one of his least favorites. Only one other woman works there, and has two-up on me: she’s NEW, and an OCD cleaner, so she makes us ALL look bad!
There’s the back story. Is there a phero (NOT an I/S, or sex phero please!) that will help? Put him at ease, make me less intimidating, something like that? I’ve tried Instant Shine and Instant Honesty. I don’t want Instant Openness, lol, he already tells me too much as it is! And you do NOT even want to know what I mean, there.
I wish there was a phero called Instant Respect, so I could get him to show me some, it’s definitely deserved. Or Instant Intelligence, so he’d wise up. Maybe one called Instant Decent Boss, so he’d stop being such a DB. I have done everything I can to earn his respect, and still nothing I do is good enough. Except when he praises me, but it’s never in front of anyone; and he’s flaky, he’ll take it all back 5 minutes later.
Well I wanna say MX300 which is the womens version of A314 but of course its not in stock.
You could get some A314 though and soften it a bit. Lots of Ishine, IO, P74 maybe some P86 or P93 and a dash of copulins with it what ever you like normally. Just make sure you dont go straight A314. It’s just to butch in my opinion on a women.
They have a test spray one as well in the mens section. I dont suggest a whole spray of it but you could open the bottle and use dabs or try to do a half spray then layer with some of the above ones I mentioned.
Thanks. It’s really weird, my boss is a nut. 99% of people find me HILARIOUS, even my other co-workers! My boss is a sucker for people (or maybe just men? who can make him laugh), but it does nothing for him if I do. If I can’t influence him to respect me, lol, I’d like to make him really, SUPER intimidated! Of course, there’s a VERY delicate balance to all that, because if he’s too scared, he just gets me fired, no prob. If he’s not scared enough, he just treats me like hell. I wish I could claim sexism, or harassment even, lol, but two things prevent me: in my line of work, it takes a WHOLE LOT of harassing to convince anyone. I mean, look what I do for a living? How can I claim I’m easily offended?! The second, is that I’m a decent human being, and even though how he treats me is wrong, for me to claim harassment is also wrong. I DO feel he mistreats me because of my sex, but it isn’t his fault he’s such an…I don’t even know! I actually feel sorry for the guy! Plus, the last chick who went over his head to corporate to complain about his treatment of female employees got fired. I feel bad for not signing her written complaint, but I KNOW how corporate run businesses go! They do what they want, because they have good lawyers and I don’t.
I don’t know, maybe I should stop wanting to know how to fix it with pheros, and start saving up for a lawyer. I just want to keep the peace without losing my job
