Wore A314 to a recent interview, about 2.5 drops to the chest and 1 drop behind the ears and on my lip under one nostril and 3 sprays of IS to the throat and 1 spray split between 2 wrists and a little under the other nostril. I didn’t feel any different when I left the house but once I got to the interview I felt bulletproof. I had only 4 hours of sleep and did not feel nearly as prepared as I should have been but I felt pretty calm throughout the interview and while not sure NOW whether or not I impressed the interviewer it seemed to go well, (while in the A314 cloud, I was sure he was impressed), and he told me I would be advancing to the next stage of the process. I was so amped after the interview when I tried to take a nap upon arriving home, I was unable.
I had worn A314 to an interview previously which I was pretty much totally unprepared for but I had not put any near my face where I could get the self effects from it and plus, (as I mentioned was totally unprepared for the that interview). I had on 2-3 drops of A314 on the chest, 2 sprays IS on my throat and a spray to each wrist on that day. I suspect that the 1st interviewer might have been aware of pheromones because I thought I detected a hint of IH on him, but who knows.
I really want this job and any psychic good vibes you can impart would be GREATLY appreciated.
Good luck with getting the job! A question I do have though, why are you wasting your time going to 2 interviews unprepared? If you want something, be the man and really go all out for it! In this case you may still get the job, but you may have lost out on more dollars on your paycheck. With A314 and the right attitude you can wow the shit out of people. You have the power use it!!!
I had not yet found someplace that would let you know every question that an interviewer would ask. If you are aware of a book or website and you can share that that would be great. I feel I was about as prepared for the 2nd interview as humanly possible but I guess that’s the importance of self-confidence.
literally as you were not prepared for your interview. That is how I read it. I do not know any books, but I am sure google can help. Also when I was in college there was actually help with making a resume and preparing for an interview. Those things are very important. You can make it through an interview, or you can really impress someone. When you impress the hell out of them, the question is not “Will I get the job?” to “How much will they pay me?” It takes practice, but its worth it when it comes to your finances.
I work for a bank. 2 months ago I had already made over what the advertised amount paid for my position is. I am at the top of the food chain so to speak. I have only worked here for 2 years. There are people who have worked here for 30 to 40 years. I went to my yearly pay review in August. I wore my A314 and ammo. The ammo was just a test to mess with my boss and her boss Anyways, its been a bad year and everyone else has gotten bad raises. I went in expecting 3 percent. After my interview with them I ended up getting 7%. I blew my bosses boss away. She wants me as an employee.
You do not have to know every anwser to every question. Who does? You do have to have complete confidence in what ever line of bullshit you are giving them. You have been to at least 2 interviews now. The questions are generally the same, just different wording. Again google will provide more than enough info.
Something I did do, is write down 10 strengths and 10 weaknesses you “see” yourself as having. Then write 2-3 stories on how you displayed these traits in your life. Make any weakness a funny story that you end up overcoming your weakness with a strength. I try to use a story that would make a personal connection with the interviewer. If they are older I have a line of stories that include my wife getting upset about a “weakness” that I have. Try to get them to relate to your weakness and justify it for you. Make it a short funny story. Strengths are easy. Give an example of how you helped someone through something because of your strength.
I did not intend to give a long response.
Also I was not trying to bag on you. I was reflecting back to you what you had written. You seemed upset in your response. I was pointing out something maybe you had not noticed. Its good to get feedback.
No matter what you do always give it your all. It may sound cliche, but you will get many more opportunities than everyone else will. Doing that and using A314 makes you unstoppable.
That is what I am saying but be prepared with personal stories in advance. You are selling something in an interview. Yourself. Why would you not be yourself? If you fake it or not you may end up hating the job. Maybe I am not following you there.
Fullmoonnow – BTW how are your a314 experiences going?
Thanks for the clarification. If I came off as negative toward your first post bear in mind a couple of things: A) probably more than anything else in the world, I hate job hunting. B) I was reluctant to even make the first post at all because I figured I would “jynx” myself and am generally on “DL” when it comes to sharing such information, but went ahead and did so because I figured it would be helpful for those who have issues with self-confidence and those looking for examples of the self effects of A314. For those reasons I may have incorrectly identified your first reply as somewhat of a kick in the nadz.
I deserved a kick in the nadz for the first interview because I had not taken the time to research the various interview styles and as such was totally un prepared for the the questions posed on that interview and as a result, failed miserably.
On the most recent interview however, it was not accurate to say I was not prepared as I had not only done everything expected of me, I had made myself aware of interviewing techniques and as such, was far better prepared for the interviewers questions. It would have been more accurate to say that due to a lack of sleep and the poor performance on the previous interview my confidence level was low prior to an application of A314. But then I guess staying up late even to prepare and not having prepared for the previous interview is, to some degree a failure of preparation on my part, so..whatevs. The good news is that the job last applied for would be a much better position for me than the previous, anyway.
No hard feelings, thanks for the feedback and all the best on your A314 adventures!
Well I thought it went great… It’s for a promotion at a part time job i already have so i was working afterwards… one of my bosses came up about 2 hours later and told me i did a great job, so I’m really excited and hoping it happens… especially in this state, it’s like 16% unemployment or worse
