Been read up on A314 and seem like it is a powerful stuff and makes people respect you 
I was thinking, if I bought A314 and use it on myself (I am like a hobbit compare to my coworkers). Do you think people will bend over backwards for me? Like I can start “delegating up”? Do-able?
Any thoughts?

If so and you can adopt the personality to carry it off and keep carrying it off, then yes you will see a marked change in your interaction with your bosses and coworkers, more delegation of responsibility and an increase in general respect/consideration/consultation.
You won’t be bossing them around though - you won’t need to! 
Let me put this disclaimer out, because sometimes we talk about how great A314 is and we forget that there are 2 parts. A314 is a powerful mix, but it’s only as good as the person that wears it.

Respect comes in two forms, the signature and body language you have and your actions.
You can’t sit in a cube and hide and expect a314 to work for you it is truly a mix that you have to work. It’s not hard work trust me, but work is required.
If I wear a314 at work I do delegate up. Actually, I don’t even realize that I’m doing it. I just assign task and request date on when they will be finished. Then I wait on a response. The a314 definitely helps to drive that, but me delegating is the action and then waiting for a response as the authority allows people to believe the a314.
I saw the power of A314 today when I was buying some stainless steel pipe for a welding project. The guy in the office informed me of the price and I asked him if that was including my usual discount. He said it should include the discount by default but that he’d double check to be sure.
OK, he said that the discount was included but that they’d cut the pipes without extra charge in lenghts that would fit in my car.
So I went to one of the guys on the floor and asked him to cut the two pipes and started to tell him the exact lenghts. Whoa, whoa, whoa, he said. That’s gonna cost you extra.
Really?, I replied. And he explained that he could only make a few cuts in order to make the pipes fit in my car but anything else would cost me.
I went to the office again and asked the guy there if I’d really have to pay for a few extra cuts.
Nah, he said, We’ll throw that in for free. And furthermore I’ll see what I can do about the price I gave you.
I went back to the other guy and he’d already begun cutting and said “What the hell, it’s my lunch break now anyway so I can do as I please. I’ll cut you the exact lengths you asked for”.
We talked about this and that while cutting and he was acting a little nervous and was apologetic for not complying right away, but shit, it’s company rules. I told him I understood and promised to bring him a little something another day when I’m around as compensation for him sacrificing valuable minutes of his own lunch time.
As I was leaving he wanted to shake my hand.
These small extra favors (though I don’t yet know how much will be knocked off the initial price) I’m sure were largely due to the drops of A314, a little credit goes to my own courtesy and asking for these things nicely but decisively.
Of course I will go back next week to reward the nice guy who helped me out on his own time.

yes, guess I am good at what I am doing because Management gives everything to me. I am like a one person team because there is no one underneath me in the corporate ladder that I can delegate to hence I wanted to delegate up the corporate ladder

That is a very good story about your experience with A314 ~ I just have to remember that even with A314, I to be courteous and nice to people. I hope A314 will not affect me too much and turn me into a monster 
Same here, I am a one person team as well and am eager to hear your experience on A314, see the advantages and disadvantages before I try it myself in the new office. It would be interesting around new colleagues and bosses (and unpredictable, so I am just playing it safe).
