Placed an order on Nov. 2nd. Got an email about it going to custom lab. Figured it would be a week or so before it shipped.That’s expected.
However,
I arrived home from work today to find a Fed-ex parcel on my doorstep! 3 DAYS? And FREEBIES!?!
INCONCEIVABLE!

Got my first order today and tbh I’m a bit dissapointed. A lot has been mentioned about freebies and samples but nothing. For my first order that would have been a nice touch.
Yep. Ditto. Flawless packing. No leaks. Order to door in about 3 business days. Including lab time. Ok cookies for everyone.
Impressive! Whenever I order now, I track my package, it is at my local Fedex and I still don’t get it for several days because it’s not ‘scheduled for delivery’…so frustrating! I don’t know why Fedex has to be so difficult. I called them recently and offered to pick an order up, because it was there on Friday but not scheduled until Monday, and I couldn’t even pick it up.
AD, however, is awesome 
It was a single bottle order, there is a minimum amount you have to spend to get a freebie as in this does cost us quite a bit to make. It doesn’t show our shipping staff, or even us, if it is your first order, we have to look it up separately, manually to actually see the amount of orders people have placed. So it’s not out of spite promise <3 You should be getting some for your second order.
It’s a heinous crime in my opinion to keep something from someone EVEN THOUGH IT’S ALREADY THERE! But it’s because the best we could manage with our direct rate with FedEx was 3-Business Day Shipping. I recommend ordering Sat, Sun, Mon as a result if you want it by Friday.

That’s good to know. I only ordered a single bottle due to things being out of stock. I have now placed a substantial order. One thing that wa a bit annoying was that I spent $160 and there was no free shipping. Not critisising too much just giving first impressions. Speed of service was however perfect.
Shipping is an atrociously real cost to us as we have to pay full retail rates (our miniscule shipping volume compared to places like amazon makes each parcel significantly more expensive), on top of the real cost of running everything an keeping the lights on. We have a little breakdown of the shipping rates and when it becomes free worldwide.
Got my second order today spent a lot this time (5 items) and still no free samples as you stated above? Why is this I can only feel a bit dissapointed. 
with such a lot of trial and error I was hoping this might help me get to grips with things a little quicker and let me try things I might not have otherwise tried. I have every intension to report the effect of these in my journal. I was hoping for a couple of sample items as many others have mentioned this plus you did say I could expect some freebies in my next order.
Where has my post gone?
I hear shipping has gone pretty near sky high with mones all around. DHL $50 to some places. Some vendors are straight postal service and that is all. Now, yes, you could maybe do free shippping by parcel post. But it is notoriously unreliable in some countries. Theft mostly. Or just a corrupt and incompetent system. USPS functions in the USA mostly. But it is also deeply in arrears. It will likely raise rates or lower service in coming years. It has been bleeding billions of dollars. But for Congress it would be bankrupt. Were it private like FedEx, it would be already.
I recently had an insured parcel of maybe .5 kilo from UK or Ireland (can’t remember) insured. Shipping alone DHL was over $100. So really no matter what you ship by weight it is costly these days via private courier. And that is only freight FOB wherever you hand off to DHL. Does not include handling or packing the goods. Which for mones does require some physical labor and expense. Not sure but maybe only one other vendor besides Androtics offers DHL at all? Most are parcel post only, I think. I’ve always kind of ever stuck with here because the packaging was the most discreet. Just “APR” and the address.
A dummy “pass through” co. name like “Acme Ball Bearing Lubricants” would be better still.
