I am a 29 and holding Newbie, just getting into “circulation” again.
If any and all of you can give me advice on combos to use to when reestablishing confidence and self-esteem, I would greatly appreciate it. I just first found this site 2 days ago. Thanks so much in advance!

You can get a confidence because of you being at ease and relaxed and content with Instant Shine. Though, I’ve also heard some of the female mone users that IS/b will give a confidence boost. My wife tells me that she’ll spritz IS/b during the day to make her feel ‘more in control’… her words…
Though, are you more of a kittenish Natalie Portman or a alpha gal, like Angelina Jolie?
What about your targets… what kind of guy, in general terms are you looking to ‘whisper’ to???

Funny! Yes, I am a country girl so have an intuitive ‘understanding’ of guys, but have been out of the loop for quite some time, so your offer of advice here is fab.
IS (Instant Shine) sounds good. Is there IS for men and/or women, or the same for both?
What kind of girl am I? Good question. I would say, kind of an Ingrid Bergman girl, reserved on the outside, and you never know on the inside. 
; a bit shy here and there, but still playful and humorous.
Targets? I guess strong men, (definately not what Arnold called girly men), street smart but humorous with a soft interior.

Yes, Instant Shine is a unisex product though the scent is Neroli. To me, it’s scent is a bit more on the masculine side. I’d say that if you think so, then, you can always apply IS and then let it dry down some then apply your fav cover scent. There is a scent customization that you could look into as well. The scent is a carrier for the mones so if the default Neroli isn’t to your liking on its own, you could always customize with another scent package on a later order.
No girly men! Got it!!! For attraction of stronger alpha inclined males, I’d say that IS/b would also do you good! The gals in the women’s forum offer a wealth of knowledge on mones and socializing…

I see you just joined the group in October of last year? You seem to have learned about the pheremones fast. I find them fascinating as well. I did some browsing around the site today. I read some of Tisha’s and Michaela’s threads, and yours as well. There is a lot to know. I have an herbal/alternative health background, so that makes it all the more interesting. It was interesting that your wife said that the IS made her feel more “in control”. Did she mean as in confidence? It is going to be fun to experiment.
I hope I didn’t step on any toes with the girly men comment. Each of us just has our own taste, I guess. I just not always too politically correct.

We get a little carried away with acronyms around here.
But, IS = Instant Shine, a unisex product.
IS/b = Instant Sexiness b, a female product.
Confident males, with more of an Alpha streak, are normally drawn to an IS/b gal. My wife’s comment was along the lines of a confidence boost when she has IS/b on.
Tisha and Mick are some extraordinary ladies on this forum!! I’ve learned much about mones with their help as well. Some will have an self effect with mones as well as effect on those around you. Everyone is different and once in a while some may not have much if any perceived self effects of some mones.
No problem with the girly men comment… many manly men and girly men in the forum and we accept each other as we are… trying to focus on how mones work in any environment and with any personality. With all of these variable it does become fun to experiment and read up on others experience!
There is no time zone in the State of Bliss!!! Everyone here is blissfully oblivious to the shackles that put time constraints on everyone else!! 
I personally love to use TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) for treatments and am a bit of an herbal nut!

TCM is very interesting. I don’t know as much about it as I should. I have used some combos, but TCM and Ayurveda are more recent in terms of available information and knowledge in the US. The traditional med establishment has nothing to do with that, of course. Now I lie. Ha.
I’ll keep ya’all posted as to new developments as they happen. I ordered Instant Openness and Instant Honesty as well as the two that we talked about. I just read yesterday, now though, that it is good to experiment first with one at a time to get familiarized first. Cheers

I am SO appreciative of the warm welcome that I have received from all of you so far. It has been really great. Alpha has been really kind and informative, so have enjoyed my experience here so much. I will be bugging all of you more and more as time goes on, I’m sure.

Ok, I’m back bugging. I really enjoy coming to this forum and chatting with all of you here. This is a really great community and don’t worry, I’ll keep coming back like a bad penny. Ha. I GOT MY ORDER today!!! I tried on the Instant Shine first. I’m going to wait with the others yet. (They sent a sample of Turn up the Heat as well. Target practice? Ha.) I put some Ylang Ylang on top of the Instant Shine. It was still a bit too strong for me, so I put some lime essential oil on top of that, and that was pretty nice.
Glad to hear that there are more country gals (at least at heart) that hang out here. Tisha and I will have to compare 6th sense notes. The guys are in trouble now. Ha.

Since you got your order (YAY!!!) and started with IS (a gal after my own heart!), you should leave the confines of this intro discussions and expand to the world of journaling…

I took your advice; I forget that this site has different compartments.
What does your wife cover her mones with, or does she stick with the ones that maybe don’t need it? The lime worked pretty well, (if you like a touch of fruity), and I know you said you can get them customized too.
For daily, she’ll normally use the customized scent package that I ordered with Instant Shine. She decided that a Neroli/Grapefruit combo was agreeable to her. Usually with IH, though, she is not using IH as much, if at all, after some brutally honest comments that come from her when she wears it…
I’m still seeing what she thinks of starting up IH.
When going out for something special, she’ll cover the IS with Sephora Prada and the IS the scent doesn’t seem to affect the Prada. The IS scent seems to complement it. At least, she likes it.
Of course, the mones of Instant Shine are still at work!!
