Help In customizing an Instant Line for a gift!

I had thought about it and I think it would be useful for this to be shared on the forum as well. I had OG asked some of the advanced gals on this forum on a PM. But, the answers given could be useful to others…so here is the question(s)…

Can you please provide me with input on my dilemma? I’d appreciate your advice.

Can you gals give me any suggestions on a Fragrance that is in the same or similar spectrum as Prada? It’s made in Spain.

I want to give this to my wife as a present and combine it with IS or Instant Openness for her to use as an alternative to her Prada, or more for a daily use. Prada is used for the evenings that we go out. I also want her to benefit from the pheromones as well!

I know Sillykitty mentioned Cookie and Grapefruit combination. I spoke with Steve and says they can probably combine both fragrances in one bottle of IS. The other thought I had was IS with Cookie and Instant Openness with Grapefruit for her to layer if she wants to. Maybe IH with Coconut?!? I spoke with Steve, he will try to get me a sample of Cookie or Grapefruit(HE is AWESOME like that!!!) but there are three scents available and don’t want to ask for samples of all of them!!! I’d rather ask for your opinions and of course, will take full responsibility for my order…
I have doubts as I don’t have experience with any of these scents. All my mones are the default Neroli or with Akuto.

Now, she DOESN’T like the scent of chocolate, so even if Chocolatini sounds good to me (I’m a chocolate JUNKIE!), I want something that SHE will like. That’s why I mentioned Prada which is her favorite scent for comparison.

I ask for your combined knowledge of scents from AD and as experienced women with fragrances for your suggestions. Thanks!!! :slight_smile:

There’s nothing at AD that smells similar to Prada. No chance there, lol. So, we’ll work with what we have. It’s sweet and thoughtful of you to want to do something special for her, Alpha…and it’s hella fun having a partner in crime. :cool:

If you’re feeling ambitious :smiley:, you could put together a very nice package for her yourself. Using Prada and a pretty atomizer from Sephora. You could mix up your own special pheromone perfume by using the higher concentration of Instant Shine/4X or Instant Openness/4X and adding it to a few milliliters of actual Prada. I’m sure one of the guys/girls can help you with the ratios. Math makes my head hurt, lol. I’m a more of a layer kinda gal anyways. Though I do add copulins to perfume all the time. :stuck_out_tongue:

OK, from what you’ve said about her dislike of Chocolatini, I’m gonna say careful with the Cookie and Coconut. They both have great diffusion and the scent lasts a long time, but they’re sweet even when mixed with grapefruit. Though it’s true most men love sweet scents on women, some women are not so enamored of them on themselves. Try feeling her out on what kind of sweet scents she likes or doesn’t like before you jump into the Cookie jar.

If you want something she can use alone/daily or with other perfumes, including Prada (should she want to layer with it some evenings), I would go with neroli or grapefriut…or…how about a combo of neroli and grapefruit? :slight_smile:

Bella is right nothing here even close to Prada. I looked it up and Prada has …

Top Notes Bergamot, Bitter Orange, Mandarin, Mimosa Absolute. Middle Notes Rose absolute, Indonesian Patchouli, Patchouli Absolute.Base Notes Labdanum, Tonka Bean, Vanilla, Indian Sandalwood, Benzoin Resinoiden I would opt for simple grapefruit scent myself from here. Then she can wear her Prada over it if she wanted.

I ordered some P’s that I wanted to test with the Cookie, Grapefruit, Chocolatini and the FF20’s that come up for the fragrance mix.

I’ll be able to try them out and layer them, like Bella does :slight_smile:, and get an idea on how a combo of these fragrances would smell like! I could end up just going with grapefruit, per Tisha’s recommendation…

I’m looking into ACTUALLY mixing with Prada. I like to keep some of these nice looking glass bottle around and have an old Prada bottle with atomizer. It still has some in it. I could use this as a tester and mix in the IS with it.

Now, the devil is in the details, and he wears Prada as well, as they say, so I don’t think its actually feasible for me to do that now and make it perfect for her, so I’ll put that recommendation on the back burner as a fragrance project for a FUTURE gift!!! :smiley:

For now, I want to make sure I can get a good scent mix that she will like, bundle it up in a cute package, make a poetic card for her eyes only, and try to make it as perfect as possible… Ahhhh… I can picture the final gift in my head!!!

That is super sweet. I do not know the scent of Prada and I most have with the exception of grapefruit sweet scents like chocolatini, coconut & vanilla , chocolatini & vanilla.

I do have grapefruit and vanilla but the vanilla gives the whole mix a slightly sweet smell though not strong.

I believe you know your wife very well and have no doubt that she will love her gift.

Yeah, we were talking and she knows ME very well!!! :roll_eyes: She was asking about all these ‘blue bottles’ you have… CAN’T be that you are just trying out colognes…she say’s I’m not like that… and she’s right since I’ve skittered away from colognes and scents on me for many years. I couldn’t convince her that its ONLY this, as she does believes what I tell her, I wanted to find a scent that’s good for me, I want to research mones, etc, and it’s the truth… but IT’S like SHE sees RIGHT THROUGH ME…she knows something ELSE is up…Damn, I was on test 6 or 7 with P114, when this conversation occurred, so I was defenseless against her powers!!! :slight_smile:

She can get me to talk, as she is better than a Guantanamo CIA interrogator, at least on me.:open_mouth:
So, she knows this is a gift for her and LOVES the thoughtfulness! She will help me in the selection of the scents by trying out the P’s and layering them on her to find her preference. It’ll be a happy collaboration!!!

Tho’ she doesn’t know about my love note that I’m working on… HEHEHEHEHE!!!:smiley:

Most of the pheromones I have is what I have had since I started working here.

Vanilla is not in the store but you can ask the shipping department about it when customizing your gift.

I promise to keep your secret. lol

I find that when you are in a relationship with someone then tend to get to know you very well and you become predictable.

Ok, here is the scoop on the scents available at AD…for her to use,

my wife’s conclusions (she enjoys a more complex scent):

Cookie - Scent is sweet and attractive, reminds me of baking sweet cookies with mom. I LIKE IT FOR MYSELF! :smiley:

Coconut and Vanilla: Scent is too strong, smells cheap…

Grapefruit: Scent is decent, not overbearing, does smell like grapefruit, but low in tone. thumbs up

Neroli: It’s citrusy, though to her, it’s a tad more of a masculine scent. When Layered with Grapefruit, thumbs up

Chocolatini: Has a scent that seems to be almost like cinnamon. A cinnamon toned light milk chocolate. To my surprise, she’s Ok, with it, doesn’t like it by itself, and layered with Neroli or Grapefruit, both lose points and are a neg for her olfactory disposition!

Akuto: Very masculine scent, musky, and deep.

So, I called and spoke with Steve, he was having a bad day this morning, poor guy! Hope he gets some time off to unwind from it all!

He was able to help me out with this custom order. He was as genteel and helpful as always!

Here is what I got:

IH*2 strength - With Grapefruit and the Default Neroli mixed in 20% fragrance. (Shoulda’ listened to Bella from the beginning…she has a 6th scents about these things!!!:stuck_out_tongue:)

IS regular - With Neroli, in 6 % fragrance.

Both will be her gifts, IH will be more of her everyday fragrance and the IS with the lighter fragrance can be used with the IH or with her Prada as a cover scent. I’ve finished my letter, but, as usual, am trying to tweak words and phrases to make it better…

Steve says he can’t guarantee it will be ready by the next weekend, because it’s a custom order, but will do what he can! Such a great guy!!!

I’ve already given her an IS/b togo, I took off the label and used a permanent marker and labeled the bottom, IS/b 1.2b, for her to try out during the day and seems to get her perky and alert for the day…

Thank you all for you interest and will still revisit the fragrances as well! I have several P’s with different fragrances to test out!!!

So, eventually my A will be using:

1 or 2 x IH*2

1 x IS (Possibly, may not be regularly…)

2 or 3 x IS/b spread out through the day, since it’s a Togo bottle.

With just the IS/b, she’s already asking, what exactly did you say was in this?!? She likes that it perks her up, feeling more alert and talkative, the last I’m not sure it’s a good thing…as she is ALREADY a NATURALLY Producing IO machine!!!

She’ll let me know what she observes…I have my ways of making her talk!

I also have a P84 Togo (12.5 mu) for her to use as well…

I’m a TAH girl, so I love IS/B. For nols, I lean towards IH. Though in certain instances IO can be just the thing. Albeit, sometimes too much of a good thing. If she’s yaddering on and on and you want her to stop… just kiss her. It’s really hard to talk with someone’s tongue in your mouth! :stuck_out_tongue:

You’all will be glad to know that she was Soo Grateful…she loved the Love Letter…and showed it a few times on that night :wink:.

She is using IS and IH daily in the mornings and a refresher in the early PM. Also is using the IS/b, a couple of spritz’s behind the ears. I know this works now that I’m on the receiving end of the mones, she catches me looking at her longingly during the day and she tells me to cut that out…, or she’ll get in the mood!!! :smiley:

IS has been getting her feeling good during the day and finds that she get’s alot more openness when speaking her mind…

She did like the scent and uses the IS first then layers the IH…she find the scent, Neroli and Grapefruit, refreshing…

Thought I’d share what’s been going on with this gift…:slight_smile:

BTW, I also made a gift of the IS TOGO to a friend who is very beta in her demeanor… very happy and fun to be around… but does let others take the lead and is easily pushed …

She loved the scent of IS and is telling me that her negative self talk is a less aggressive and more controllable when using IS… I’m wondering how this is for her beta vibe… I’ll see if next time, I’ll have her try out some IS/A…

I hope to get some additional input from her tonight as she is coming over to our house for some dinner.
