As you can see, the reviews are generally all good from the internet. One of the reviews says: “…i have to say, it really does make a person feel like they are in love, you know when you first meet someone, you have that honeymoon period where you are totally in love, well that is how this perfume makes you feel…”
That is definitely an effect of PEA-maybe she got that feeling from the power of suggestion of course but the PEA in Smiley Pefume may indeed be ‘active’ nasally. I have read reviews of Chocamine powder (a purified supplemental form of Cocoa) and some users report an increase in ‘romantic’ feelings after supplementing with it. I myself noticed this effect when experimenting with large amounts of Cocoa-I am not the romantic type but definitely can be after some dark Chocolate
