I will begin my testing of the different products I ordered tomorrow as its bedtime for me right now…I work midnights. I will update this journal as often as possible and I hope my experiences will help broaden the knowledge of this community.

Over the past week or so I have decided to make some big life changes and I am hoping that using 'mones will help me along this new path.

For my first foray into the world of pheromones I chose IS right before leaving for work. One spray each on both sides of my neck. For self effects they were very mild, but I was definitely in a better mood than I have been at work lately. I still got annoyed at certain things, but that good mood was always right there waiting.
As far as hits from other people they were quite noticeable. I work directly with two people in my department, one male and one female.
Male co-worker - normally a very talkative person and was MUCH more chatty when exposed to the IS. Even when he ran out of things to say he would hover. This went on all night.
Female co-worker - came to work in a very bad mood. After about 2 minutes of talking to me it was like a light switch flipped in her brain and the bad mood just melted away.
Now normally I am able to put people in a better mood and can converse with the best of them. While these things may have not been due to the 'mones, it was out of the ordinary.
After work I had a haircut appointment. The girl is VERY attractive and I have been going to her for quite a long time. About an hour before hand I decided on one spray each to both sides of my neck of MX353. Nothing out of the ordinary while cutting, but afterwards she kept talking and followed me outside and chatted for another minute or two. Definitely out of the ordinary. She is not a romantic interest as she is married (not that that has really stopped me before).
The self effects for MX353 were a kind of get up and go/let’s do this kind of a feeling. The whole ride home I was practically twitching with the need to just move around and be active. Even sitting here typing this I am having a hard time sitting still.
So far I am digging the new experience. I hope to get out this weekend and mix it up with some people I don’t know or see often. We shall see what happens.

Well, the only thing different about my routine today was applying pheromones. I slept like a rock and a lot longer than I have been able to lately.
Has anyone else had this happen when they first started using 'mones?
Reflections on this week…
I used IS every day this week at work. 1 spray to each wrist rubbed into my forearms. Even though the self effects were very mild for me, I did notice that anyone I came in contact with was in a good mood after talking to me. I have a natural ability to put people at ease or brighten their mood, but this required no effort at all on my part. Also, with IS, every time I go to talk to my boss (female, 55) it turns into a half hour conversation, usually with a lot of laughing involved.
One day I did the 2 sprays of IS and 2 sprays of IG. No noticeable difference other than the mood elevating effect on others. No self effects, though admittedly I was pretty tired at the time of application.
The most obvious reaction I had was when I mixed A314b and IS. I mentioned before that my male co-worker (21) was way more talkative when I wore IS the first time. When I wore it with A314b he didn’t know what to do. I could literally see the confusion on his face. He would come over to say something, start getting uncomfortable, then practically run away. When I say uncomfortable, I mean that he had an “is it cool for me to be talking to you?” kind of vibe. I am his boss so there is a tiny little bit of that already, but this was blatant (and amusing 
).
I ended up not going out over the weekend so I didn’t really get a chance to try out anything attraction-wise. I wore Ammo for the first time when doing some running around, but wasn’t really paying attention to other people as I had other things on my mind. Holy crap does that stuff smell good though.

Last night I was hanging out a buddies shop. Couple of girls were there hanging out, both about 20-21. Before leaving the house I sprayed 1 shot to each wrist of Ammo and IS, and 1 shot of Ammo to throat. After hanging out for about a half hour, one of the girls started following me around asking random questions. She even followed me into the back office where people normally aren’t allowed rattling off random nonsense. I wouldn’t chalk this up to attraction necessarily, but it seemed that this mix gave severe diarrhea of the mouth to this girl in particular.
Nothing else really of note from other people as I spent most of my time there trying to get rid of this girl!!
I felt self effects from Ammo for the first time last night. My posture changed slightly, eyelids got slightly lower, along with a confidence boost. The physical changes I know I have displayed before in social situations. The ammo just seemed to amp it up a bit. Made it feel more natural and less like I was playing a role. I need to get out to a bar/club/party soon with this stuff.

Wore A314b with IH at work once this week. With my male co-worker I had similar results as with A314b and IS. This time though he wouldn’t run away, but would stand across the room and talk to me. This is a person that has no regard for personal space and is usually in your face when he talks to you.
A314b and IH had quite the effect on my boss. Got a lot more behind the scenes info about some upcoming changes at work. This will allow me to better prepare for these changes and stand out from other employees.
Ammo + IH - 2 sprays of Ammo shared between outer forearms and back of hands, 1 spray of Ammo to throat, 1 spray of IH shared between inner forearms and 1 spray to throat…Ammo was sprayed over the top of the IH on my neck…
Hanging out at my buddie’s shop and had some minor IOI’s from one of the girls that works there. This was a good hit as she is mostly into girls right now. She has a girlfriend and has said on one occasion before that guys “aren’t her thing right now.” A little hair flipping, lots of smiles, and some positioning of herself for a better look at her “attributes.” There were a couple of times where I caught her looking slightly confused as to why she was showing me so much attention.
Went to go get my car washed and decided on 1 quick spray of Ammo shared between the triangle behind the thumb and forefinger area. Decided to do this as the girl who works there is really attractive. Have had some nice banter with her a few times on previous visits, but no IOI’s. Much to my chagrin, she was off. It was a beautiful sunny day so I decided to wait outside. On my way to the door I passed by a reasonably attractive 20 something girl. She immediately got up and followed me outside. There were a few other people sitting out there as well and I chose a spot well away from everyone else after I noticed the girl follow me out. Sure enough she cam and sat unusually close for the situation especially since there was a lot of space to sit outside. After sitting next to me she starts preening and stretching and glancing out of the corner of her eye at me. I didn’t get a chance to talk due to them calling me for my car about 2 minutes after walking outside. To me this was a blatant hit as this pretty much never happens to me.

I have not tried IG by itself yet. The few times I have worn it it was with IS and the only self effect was the mood elevating from the IS. I will try IG by itself this week and see if it has any confidence boosting effect on me.
Not much to report for last week. I took a few days off of 'mones to see how things would go in my normal everyday situations. When I wasn’t wearing anything, nothing out of the ordinary happened. I need to nail down an everyday mix and start testing it for an extended period of time. I have been trying different combos and I think it has been kind of wasteful.
I did wear A314b, Ammo, IS, and IH (2 sprays each) to a party over the weekend. I knew it was an outdoor party, but the weather looked like it was going to push everything indoors eventually. Unfortunately the rain never came and it ended up just being windy thus rendering my 'mones mostly useless.
The real hits came the next day. I got up the next day and went out to do some yard work. I had not showered since applying the 'mones the previous day. My roommate was outside working on something else. Air was pretty still most of the time and after a while he started telling me pretty much his whole life story. I can only attribute this to me sweating my ass off with residual 'mones still on my skin. We had previously never had such an in depth conversation before in the year and a half I have lived here.
Been away from the board for a little over a month now…was running very low on the 'mones I used daily. I picked up a 30ml of Heavy Ammo, a 30ml of Shine x2, and a bottle of A314 oil. (no freebie sent this time 
) I have to say that I like the oil better than the spray for the A314. I will still probably pick up a bottle of the spray at some time for top offs when the oil is wearing down.
I started using the A314 at work (two drops spread across jawline) and have noticed a slight increase in respect from co-workers and my boss. I have one employee that has been a problem in the past, but since wearing the oil I have had no issues whatsoever. I balance it with 2 sprays of Shine (one to throat and one two wrists). These two products together help keep our work area upbeat and focused.
I am using Ammo outside of work, but haven’t been in many situations to interact with women I am interested in. I have noticed a few more looks my way when passing people and more intense focus from other people when talking to them when I wear it.
I hope to be posting more often now that I have a decent supply of 'mones for daily use. I am running low on IH and IO, but they are just too expensive right now.
If either IH or IO drops down to the same price range as the socials, my wallet would be emptied in an instant
