Below is my first post on the site. It’s the same post from the Intro section of the forum.

Hello everyone, I’m Anon84. (28 years old) - Male - UK.

I first heard about pheromones a few years back, but didn’t pay much attention to them or what they did. I found this forum, while I was searching for testimonials and information about abstaining from masturbation etc.
The thread on this forum is quite useful and contains a lot of good info!

I then started to read various threads on the forum about the results and members experience with pheromones and also info regarding ’ mones themselves. Until, I exceeded the view limit, and decided to become and member and continue my research.

I got really good results from abstaining from masturbation with responses from females, people in general and more importantly, my life and wellbeing in general. I only lasted 11 days, but after seeing the results, I’ve started my reboot again and i’m currently on day 6. Anyway fast forward onto the ’ mones …

After researching many threads I decided to buy:

I bought the above ’ mones to help me solidify the personality i have and also to help bring out other areas I am currently working on. I am now becoming more outgoing, I am coming out of my shell (shyness), overall I am more happier, smiling and motivated in life in general. Also I try to make eye contact, initiate conversation etc with women and try to meet more women/people in general. So that’s why I brought the above ’ mones .

I got my order last Wednesday and here’s my feedback so far. (I’ve also included some questions, things I am unsure about).

For day 1 I used 1 spray of Ammo (side of neck) and 1 spray of IS on hair. I use wax on my hair to style, does this have any effect on the diffusion of the 'pheromone? I tried looking on forum, but couldn’t find anything.
okay, so on day 1, I went to the city on the train, but didn’t notice anything much different, although a lady walking past did smile.
Then, I met up with my friend and he seemed quite happy to see me and there was a good vibe. Could this be the shine?
I was also on the underground and I made good eye contact with 2/3 girls, I know the underground is known for avoidance of eye contact, but there was something different about the eye contact. It was like the eye contact made was pure eye to eye with the girls. One of the girls was about 2/3 meters away from me, but with the carrage being crowded, I couldn’t make contact again.
Also, while I was walking outside, more women were making eye contact while I was walking. And i thought London was a city where everybody is in a rush to get to where ever they are going! Lol. Overall I’d judge the mones having effect on day 1.

On Day 2, I went with just 1 shot of Ammo to work. I work in a huge environment with mixed male and female and also alot of retail customers, so I meet people of all ages. I can’t quite remember the reactions I got, But I felt, good overall.

on Day 3 I went back to 1 spray of Ammo and 1 IS. I put the ammo on front neck and IS on side of neck. Interactions with people in general were better. I felt more confident talking with women and being relaxed in general. Also felt happier, during the day.

On Day 4 today, I decided to use 2 sprays of IS (side of neck and hair) and 1 shot of ammo . I had a better reaction with females and co workers in general. Eye contact with quite a few of girls and better interactions.
I am guessing the 2 shots of IS helped bring out my personality.

I will be updating this thread, like a journal. I prefer to keep my diary on one thread. But if mods would like me to move to the journal section, that’s okay. I have a few questions that have been thinking about:

Is the diffusion rate of any Instant Shine affected if I apply it to my hair while I have wax on it?

At the moment I am using 1 spray of Ammo . When I try to use 2 sprays, is it better to apply the second spray on another location?

I’ve read some people apply ammo /shine to the wrists. I normally wear long sleeve shirts and a watch. Will this affect the diffusion of the ’ mones if I wore it on my wrists?

I want to try the IO and IH that I bought. Can I spray Instant over instants? E.g. Can I spray IO and IS on the same location?

I read somewhere on the forum that our under arm pits release pheromones. Since last week I have been avoiding using deodorant! I have to work with people all day, so I am quite aware of what bad body odour etc is. And I know I don’t have strong or bad Body odour. Will this help my natural pheromone’s to be more effective if I don’t wear any under arm spray?

Tomorrow on Day 5 I will keep the Ammo at 1 spray, IS on 2 sprays and introduce IO at 1 sprat. But this time I will not apply the IS to my hair, as I am unsure about the diffusion rate. I will apply it to each side of my neck, with Ammo on the front.

I do plan to increase Ammo to 2 sprays to test and search for my sweet spot and also find out what happens when I OD . lol
I’m also looking to find out how the IH and IO go for me? I am adding IO tomorrow, so will report back how I found that.

Just on a quick note, Do any members practice abstaining from masturbation and use ’ mones , to help them with attraction, life etc?

After trying out various mones, here’s the feedback:

On Sunday, I tried 2 sprays of IS, 1 spray of IO and 1.5 spray of Ammo. (The first spray of ammo, i thought was only half, so I sprayed again, could consider that 2 sprays of Ammo.)

Generally, I got looks from women maybe in the late 30’s/early 40’s. The eye contact wasn’t the usual, take a look and look away, it seemed like the contact was there for a few seconds longer, than what I usually get. I maintained eye contact back, I don’t think i was staring! lol.

For some reason, I felt the IS on 2 sprays didn’t give me the self effects, as much when I apply 1 spray of IS. Also, since I haven’t tried any 'mones on there own so far, it’s a little hard. So I will try that today. 2 sprays of Ammo.

Yesterday I tried 1 spray Ammo, 2 sprays IS and 1 sprat IH. (IH first time). I would say i got a few hits while walking on the street and also while I was with my tutor. I have been seeing my tutor for 6 months now, so she knows what my regular signature is. I couldn’t quite tell if it was having an affect on her. I do fancy my tutor, we’re both the same age, so I was interested to see what affect the mones would have.

During the lesson, while i was doing some of the work, she gave me sudden gazes, i could see that she looked at me longer than usual. Twice she did this. But I didn’t look at her, because I was too busy thinking. After class, i think the IH showed it’s effect.
I asked her about my progress and she gave it. To be honest, it upset me what she said. I always put 100% into class, and she said i need to concentrate more instead of messing around and making jokes. Apparently I joke/mess around a bit too much. She’s never said this before, so I guess the IH had it’s affect, not in the way I wanted in though. So for now, I am going to drop that for now.

Naturally through my personality I tend to create connections/relate and bond with people quite well.

Today, I am going to try 1 spray each of Ammo, IO and IS. And will apply the mones a couple hours before I go and see how it goes! Xao
