I recently quit smoking weed after 1 year of intense smoking. I kind of like the whole idea of smoking though. I dont want to start with cigarettes or smoke weed again. And alchohol is not really my thing.
Is there any relatively harmless substance to smoke which you can just buy over the counter and dont have much adverse effect on your health?
Please inform me if any of you know about this.
Thanks…
Ron
Any kind of smoke itself is bad for your lungs, be it from ciggarettes, mary-J, crystal, or whatever else - they all leave some kind of residue in your lungs, throat and mouth. Pretty much anything other than oxygen has an adverse effect on your lungs in high doses; including polluted air. That being said, a harmless, smokeable substance is pretty much non-existent.
what you want is a comfort-counter-habit. something that provides comfort, can be done/taken as often as necessary, and can be habitual. its going to take some effort to find something that provides relief for you, but its different for everyone. they say taking lobelia herbal suppliment makes you lose your taste for smoking. it becomes distasteful. i dont know.never really inhaled
You better check that out. My doctor was talking about this craze and mentioned that they are worse then regular cigs. That said there is nothing you put in your lungs that is harmless, including pure O2.
