Anyone sleep better with pheromones?

I have a friend who has severe chronic fatigue syndrome, and the worst thing is he has been unable to get restful sleep, and he has tried many things, orthodox medicine, alternative medicine, and different kinds of supplements and sleep aids. It is so bad that he qualifies for disability. I was wondering if anyone has ever been able to sleep deeper from certain pheromones? Or recommend pheromones that will help him become more confident and less of a nervous wreck, because I think that may contribute to his inability to sleep well at night?

I am very new to pheromones, but I notice when I wear A314 before I sleep, I sleep a little better. It’s not nearly as good as melatonin for making me feel more rested in the morning. I have used A314 only for several days but I have noticed it has given me a real big boost in confidence, so I am really leaning towards giving my friend a bottle for that alone.

Maybe someone knows of pheromones for helping people sleep better, I’d love to hear your opinions.

I haven’t tried it myself but I do remember reading some reports where TAK got people sleeping quickly and deeply. However I don’t really think pheros are a solution for insomnia/chronic fatigue, or a substitute for therapy and treatment. I’m guessing the real cause is something to do with stress, or other factors in his lifestyle.

Thank you, I’ll look into TAK. I should add, he’s tried a lot of different things, he says just about everything but the risky treatments. I know looking into pheromones for him is shooting in the dark but in his case I think worth a try.

Pheromones tend to stimulate the brain and actually keep you up but there are a few that may help. TAK and TAC It really depends on why your friend is having trouble sleeping. I cant use any anol before bed (if the plan is to sleep) :stuck_out_tongue:. It makes my mind to busy. TAL keeps me up as well. I tend to remove all pheromones before I plan to sleep.

I see your friend has tried all sorts of alternatives. Has he tried to learn to meditate ? Not being able to shut down thoughts in the brain is really the most common reason people cant sleep. You may not realize your thinking but you are. Learning meditation teaches you to shut down thought.

I’m actually thinking since he is often a nervous wreck especially after a little physical exertion, he may be releasing pheromones that make him exhausted and stressful?

I’m thinking about testing if that’s a factor. What should a person do to minimize natural pheromone output?

No, if his natural pheromones are causing issues its because he is a nervous wreck and stressed. He would be releasing distress mones but those mones are caused by his feelings not the other way around. The mones are the effect not the cause.

The only way to stop those mones from being produced is to get to the bottom of why he is a nervous wreck and stressed. Once you deal with that problem the distress mones and the inability to sleep should clear up.
If he just stopped the mones from being produced it would have no affect on the root cause of his problem.
