I have Instant Female Magic ( for Women ) & it does relax you & you can use it any & every day, it doesn’t matter.
Not to tell you what to do or anything but, I wouldn’t add the cops to the Instant Female Magic only because if you are going to be spraying it a lot to relax yourself and then are at work or a family function you might not want the cops in it, as they garner a very sexual response. But, it’s up to you & I am no expert. In the right setting that combo would be a good thing but, if you got it in another product you could just combine them or use them seperately.
I wanted the 20X cops so, I ordered them as the customization to Instant Shine because I figured you can’t go wrong if you keep adding more and more because it would just make me & whoever feel in a great mood!
I don’t know about cocanut but, chocotini is stronger than neroli so, would cover cops better. It is not too strong. I like it, I think it smells like choclate covered cherries & almonds. I love it!

If not a big guy named Sphen, Bruce, Bubba. to splain it to him.
If telling him no doesn’t work, a restraining order will help.
If he is beating on your door trying to get you to open, call the cops. Say he is threatening your life and you fear for your safety.
The trick is to let him know he has no chance in hell of winning you back over, and that his actions trying to win you back are actually driving you further away.

The best response to a guy who pursues you relentlessly is to ignore them, cut contact (or cut it down as much as possible) and let them know, in no uncertain terms, that it’s O.V.E.R.
If he’s just pestering you to annoy you, a restraining order and carrying pepper spray will help you feel safer.
Of course, Bubba telling him to leave you well alone would work as well!

If your ex is refusing your requests to be left alone, ignore, ignore, and ignore. Don’t respond at all after you’ve made it clear you don’t wish to have any more contact. Document any time he does make contact just in case you do have to take further action. And lastly, don’t waste any pheromones on a jerk.
