Chapter 1
Alpha Androstenone: In the forum this is commonly referred to as –none or none. It is a hormone produced in men and women’s sweat. (significantly less if women) “Androstenone is the first mammalian pheromone to be identified.” (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Androstenone)
Androstenone has the ability to cause arousal in women during their ovulation. It also has the ability cause irritation, nervousness, and agression in both men and women. There are mixed feelings about the use of androstenone for sexual purposes as many find the potential negative results to outweigh the positives. This pheromone is also selective as to the location that it is worn. It has strong sexual properties and it is generaly advised to be worn in situations where sexual displays are acceptable.
Doses of androstenone vary in effectiveness from person to person. Each man has different levels of natural androstenone production. People with Type O blood tend to produce much higher levels of androstenone compared to type A or B blood types. Other factors are also involved in your natural androstenone production. The younger you are, the more –none you will produce. Being physicaly fit will also produce higher levels.
The question is then, how much –none should I apply. You must first consider your age. The older you are the less –none you will produce. Lets assume you are 18 – early twenties (even into the late twenties for some). Your –none production is not fading yet so less is more in most cases. It’s a genral concensus that a successful dose targeting women of the same age can be affected by 1mcg to 5mcg. Wearing more than 5mcg has a higher potential for causing negative results or attract older women. People may even avoid you/not aknowledg your presence. This is refered to as the ghost effect. With age you can increase the dose up to 15mcg for ages 50+ due to the depletion of natural -none production. An important note is that younger girls are more sensitive to –none than older.
Normaly you will not be applying pure androstenone as it illicits more negative results without buffering agents (other, softer, pheromones). Most will be using a product such as Turn Up The Heat or Ammunition.
Turn Up The Heat (normal strength ie warm) contains 2.5mcg –none and other pheromones in every spray. This is a highly sexual pheromone product that is usualy reserved for the club or sexual encounters. The other pheromones in Turn Up The Heat help to buffer the negative effects of the –none and create a sexual presence and attraction. For younger users like myself 1 spray is normaly sufficient. Some people use half sprays. This doesn’t mean that using more won’t work, or automaticly cause negative results. It all depends on who is your target, if they are ovulating, where you are at, and the environment (ventilation/smoke/being outdoors.)
Ammunition is another product containing 2.5mcg of –none plus other pheromones per spray. Ammunition is a great stand alone product. It is easier to use, and can be worn in many more environments compared to turn up the heat. Ammunition buffers the negatives of –none while maintaining a strong sexual side (but not to strong). It has received many very positive review by users both new to pheromones and the more experienced.
One major thing to watch for with –none based products is the OD. When you OD on –none you will experience a substancial amount of the negative effects mentioned before and most likely the ghost effect. This can happen a couple ways. You can apply to much of a –none based product. Your natural poduction is high, and when you apply normal doses it causes an OD. You wear a very sexual –none based product (turn up the heat) at an inapropriate place, such as work. (this generaly not considered an OD, but can cause similar results) You can also aquire build up. Androstenone is a very sticky molocule that lasts much longer than many other pheromones. It is especialy hard to remove from hair and cloths. Using a –none based product repeatedly can cause a build up. If you have build up accumulated and apply –none based products, you could breach the levels of –none acceptablility resulting in an OD.
Don’t be afraid to OD. In fact you should make a point to go out and OD. Then you will know the experience and can watch for it when you try to decide your dosage. One day, pick your -none product of choice, and slowly ramp up the dosage until you get consistent negative reactions. Then you know your limits.
The smell of androstenone is sweaty/urine and some women realy notice this. You may even be confronted about body oder if you wear high doses. This is not always the case as many people are anosmic to androstenone. For those who don’t know, anosmic means that you can’t smell it (I had to look it up myself when I first read it so this why I’m posting the defition.) With an anosmic smell a person can develop the ability to smell the substance with repeat exposure so be carefull about the smell. This is more of a concern with turn up the heat. Ammunition has a stronger fragrance. Some people are very sensitive the the smell of androstenone.
Chapter 2
The Androstenols (there are two, Alpha and Beta). Androstenol is generally a communication pheromone. On the forum it is referred to as n o l or - n o l (the spaces are there because the forum changes the letters to the work/link for nol) Some people will turn androstenol into a combined word with regards to whether it is alpha or beta. (alphanol/betanol simple eh 
)It is produced in fresh sweat in both men and women. Androstenol levels are higher in women, and men who are overweight. Overweight men also produce less testosterone and more estrogen. Androstenol is often used as a buffering agent for strong, sexual, pheromones.

Alpha Androstenol: Alpha androstenol is a communication pheromone. It promotes communication and openness between people regardless of gender. Alpha androstenol is friendly, approachable, and can make you seem less of threat to women. It is also chatty, and at times silly and spacey. It is used in many products. It is very good for breaking barriers in regards to dating/prowling/relationships. Take mild caution as androstenol can be feminine and decrease your masculine presence, cause people to not stop talking to you, or space out at higher doses.
Alpha androstenol is used in many men’s products as well as womens. I’m going to focus on the men’s products (some are offered for both sexes). Alpha androstenol is used in Instant Openness (70% alpha, 30% beta), Instant Honesty (70% beta, 30% alpha), Come talk to me 2 (50/50 alpha/beta), and Spaceland (100mcg per spray alphanol + an herbal additive). Remember as before with the Ammunition and Turn up the Heat (T.U.T.H. or TUTH) the –nol products offered have other ingredients to further the effects.
Beta Androstenol: Beta –nol is also a communication pheromone like alpha –nol. It differs in the type of communication. Beta –nol is relatively new compared to Alpha –nol so there is not as much information. (there is still plenty of information though). Beta –nol promotes deeper connections and conversation. It can also promote honesty (ie instant honesty having a higher ratio of beta to alpha). Beta –nol is not as approachable as alpha –nol. You may have to initiate more conversation with beta –nol than with alph –nol. Beta –nols decreased approachability is not the same as –none’s. Beta –nol is not offensive in it’s approachability like –none’s somewhat aggressive vibe.
Beta nol is normally used with alpha nol. It can be worn by its self, but better results may be seen with the use of alpha –nol
Doses for androstenol-based products are normally 1-3 sprays. You can wear more if you like. They don’t seem to create negative effects on the surrounding people (perhaps spacey ness)
Spaceland is different. Spaceland is a high dose alpha androstenol experiment. It is an intentional OD. OD on alpha androstenol isn’t reported to cause negative reactions (unless you consider being spacey, goofy, or talked to death as a negative) There is 50mcg of alpha nol plus an herbal additive. It is a relaxing, chatty, spacey, product. It tends to hamper peoples concentration and can even cause people to stumble on their thought processes. (like forgetting somebody’s name, or what they were doing). 1 spray is already a huge dose, and this product was made to test the higher doses of alpha androstenol. Spray what you want to test. 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, ect. I wouldn’t go to over the top as it may be taxing on your body’s pheromone processing systems.
Spaceland and come talk to me 2 are both experimental mixes. They are not recommended for newbies, as with the experimone series, experimental mixes, and putatives available through Androtics.
New users are advised to stick to the Instant line. Which are located in “Spray Pheromones” and “Pheromones To Go” in the categories list on the left side of smartmones.com There is an exception. A314 is an oil-based product and is located under “Pheromone Oil.” I can’t forget about A314, that stuff is fantastic, but I will get into that later.
Chapter 3
Taa (Test Molecule A)
Taa is the fabulous main ingredient in Instant Shine. Instant shine is a PheroTalk.com pheromone user favorite.
This is what Androtics has to say about their Taa oil

Taa does just that. It makes you “Shiny” aka instant shine. It displays youth, vibrancy, happiness, and makes you seem like a fun person.
Instant shine is great. I like wearing it simply for the way it makes me feel.
People wear from 1-5 sprays, normally 1-3. Some users find awesome results at 1 spray so test it out and see what works for you. I’d say this is a definite must.

Instant Female Magic
Instant Female Magic Pheromone For Men – Comfort and Excite Her – Contains Androstadienone - Alpha A314
I do not have experience with this one personally. I have read many posts from users and will relay their information.
Instant Female Magic has Androstadienone or A-1 in it as a primary ingredient. Instant Female Magic has a calming effect on women. They may get cuddly, girly, but it encourages them to feel safe around you. It even has somewhat of a sexual side. This is what instant female magic is all about. Comfort, safety, arousal. It gets wonderful results. I encourage you to look into the tests and results of the people who use this product. Make sure you read the product description. Androtics does a great job of defining their products results.
A-1 does have a negative side, although it is not that prevalent in Instant Female Magic. It can have a mellowing effect on men, and possibly some depressive side effects on some individuals. Other than that Instant Female Magic is awesome!
Chapter 5
To the last product I will be covering. Alpha A314.
A314 Classic Edition – Trust & Respect Pheromone for Men - Alpha A314
Read the product description. It does exactly what it claims.
You will receive higher levels of respect. You will have more confidence as well as better posture that will visually display that confidence. You will be treated with higher levels of customer service, and display a higher value. DHV
This is a very professional pheromone and is generally used for work, but it can help with making a sexual mix by presenting that DHV.
This is a great product for a younger person entering into their career. It will help you get the respect of your colleges.
Doses: This is pretty straightforward. 1 to 2 drops is normally enough, and reapplication is not a necessity. (rule of thumb, pheromones last 4-6 hours, -none lasts longer as I mentioned in Chapter 1) Oil based products last longer than alcohol based so this product soaks in and stays put. A314 can be intimidating at higher doses. You can make people nervous and hesitant to approach or talk to you. A good thing to watch is eye contact. With normal doses you may experience people avoiding some eye contact, but at higher doses people may avoid it all together, and constantly divert their eyes. You can display too much value and become unapproachable. Would you walk up to a prince without being intimidated to some extent? Probably not.
A314 is made up of a symphony of pheromones, but relies heavily on its AdrosteRone to androsteNone ratio.

This product is designed to make you seem like you just had sex, and attract women by the bandwagon effect. If one girl wants you they should too.
Copulins and –none and produce some pretty negative and aggressive effects, so be careful where and who you use this product around
For more information on copulins you should read the sticky thread in the women’s forum and do some searching. Remember copulins are not sexually enticing to women like –none is. It will increase your testosterone though.
