Don’t believe the hype Jim! Those are the same people who also claim Flouride is good for you. It’s not and there are just as many studies that prove that too. Even if it is, whose to say that the government has the right to medicate you? What would be next, medication in the water supply to ensure only those with no mental limitations live? Scary, but why not?
I have been drinking distilled water for many years without any leaching of minerals. Most minerals are obtained from food sources now anyway.

From what I have seen and read dual stage filtered water is best for you. Though I personally have an RO system which is almost as good imo.
There is NO FILTER in the world that takes out fluoride. Doesn’t happen!
Hence why I use an RO system instead of the filter sadly it also strips the the minerals out of the water.
I’m not sure if RO would do it either. My brother has one in his house, but he lives in the county and they don’t flouridate the water. They do in this town though!
