My girlfriend started taking hormonal birth control late last year and our relationship has never been quite the same.
I have a full lineup of pheromones from Androtics and I’m starting to realize I really need to change up the stuff I’ve used for years around women and business colleagues for this situation.
Does anyone have a recommendation specific to this to “chill” her out a bit? I cannot stand bitchy behavior!

Unfortunately, Birth Control Pills can literally change the choice a woman makes of a long term partner which can have negative issues later such as less sexual interest, cheating… When a woman is on the Pill, her odor preferences change. The Pill essentially mimics pregnancy, and when a woman is pregnant, she tends to prefer the scent of men with similar MHC genes as her own, perhaps as a biological cue to now seek out and bond with supportive family members as opposed to potential mates. So if they werent on the pill when you met them, they might feel far less attracted when they start on it due to this. Or if they were taking the pill when they met you but then stopped. Perhaps choosing a non hormonal barrier method of contraception for a few months may help in that regard. Xev also mentioned this before as well.
Also on some of them there is a decrease in libido which is one of the most common complains about the pill, although you dont mention its a sexual issue.
You also might want to try IH to see if there is underlying issues beyond attraction in your relationship. It sounds like she isnt happy and you may not be aware of whats causing that possibly other then the hormone changes. The way you treat a woman or act can certainly cause these issues regardless of whether they are on birth control or not. A woman can be ‘bitchy’ but certainly if this isnt infrequent it is usually something else you may not be aware of.
Some say that Androstenone is far less effective as well (such as Tuth). So perhaps things like IS, or IS/IH which is bonding and trust, or P96 which can bring back some of the spark. TAC is also somewhat social and relaxing. Androstadienone which isnt sold here has been shown even in lowest doses to work very well during things like ‘that time of the month’, provide calm, mood enhancement, and bonding… P130 is a stress and anxiety killer.

Dial for Men Magnetic contains the pheromone, androstadienone, that used to be available here as Instant Female Magic. My hope is that someday IFM comes back. In the meantime…amazon.
