I work as a Realtor in Vegas, sometimes door to door to get appointments as I invite the neighbors to an open house, and other times at listing appointments or when I am showing new buyers some homes, I need to build report and increase my sales, and was wondering if there are pheramones for that? I would like prospects who I havent met yet to instantly trust me and be more open and honest with me, so I can better service their real estate goals, whether they are looking buying or selling.
Since I’m at it, I could use a boost in my dating life, if I see a cute girl I’d like to go talk to her with out having her feel like I’m a stranger, I am old school, and believe if you see someone you think you may like, then go up to her and see what she is like, personality wise, but in this day in age people tend to be more anti-social due to the internet etc, what pheromones should I use if I just want to talk to a girl and have less resistance and make it easier to get to know each other, I read about A314 but it’s a bit expensive for my first time trying these out, to see if they work and all. As For Dating, I am 26, I usually meet women through friends, but I’ve bee pretty busy with work, so if I see a girl that interest me while I am out running an errand, or out at a new restaurant or place with friends, I’d like to go talk to her and maybe get a date or number out of it, after a quick conversation. Thank you for the suggestions! I’ve read some good things about Ammo and Instant Openness what about those? For sales and dating. I’d like something for sales and something for dating. Do I need to wash off the previous pheromones if I am going to use new ones after work? How long do they usually last?
Oh and what about Instant Gentalman instead of A314? I’ve read a few things about the two. And in my line of work I need to be social and approach homeowner’s and to get an appointment. Welcome to the site. With what you are looking for your best bet is the Men’s Ultimate Kit as you will get everything from the Instant line to try including the A314 spray version. This way you get everything to try and see what is best and this is the most economical option for you.
Ammo For general attraction and nice cologne scent. I would use this as you main one around your GF. Great standalone and good for day use to. I would use this one and save the TUTH for later on.
IO This is an icebreaker and will open people right up to you. This is also worth trying with the A314, but this can get people very chatty. This would be good for meeting people in the club or dating which is the very first part the approach.
This is just me, but the only ones I worry about washing off are Ammo and TUTH and the reason being is they both have Androstenone in them and this particular one can build up and stink, plus the Ammo scent itself is powerful to.
The spray version usually last 4-6 hours. If you are outside in the heat and are sweating it will last closer to the 4 hour mark. The key with these are heat will shorten the life span and also sweating because of the bacteria in your sweat.
IG This at your age may be a great option and is totally worth a try and reasons like this are why I suggest the kit. IG will make you appear mature and knowledgeable and someone who knows what they are doing. This is like A314, but not so commanding. This may help you appear more approachable and the best thing to do is to test both if you can.
