Hey, I had a quick question about A314. I currently manage a small mom and pop business where personal sales are important and I manage about 15 other employees. I don’t necessarily have a problem with sales, but I am always looking to improve. My problem more lies with the management side. A lot of my employees are older than me and seem like they have a problem with the fact that someone as young as me could be their manager. I would probably act the same way if I was in their position, but I wish I could command more respect. I know that I am good at what I do and I try to work with those employees. Anyway, I was wondering if A314 would be good in this situation. I would like the respect that could come with it. Would it be easy for me to OD since I am still kind of young? I have read that A134 takes time to take effect, is that true? I had a friend a while back that was into mones, but I never really messed with them but I am kind of interested. Thanks.

Respect is earned with older subordinates, it just doesn’t happen over night. You just have to do the right things and stand by your decision, respect their opinions and views but make your own for the best of the company. I use two drops of A314, sometimes it may come out bigger or smaller but as long as it’s within the 2-4 range, I’ve never really had a problem, and usually duffer it with IS, IO, or IH. Remember that they won’t respect you overnight and that A314 effects are cumulative, they’ll see you more in a leadership aspect the longer you and them are exposed, it is because one of two things, you will become more assertive and comfortable with leading older subordinates (I hate the word btw) and it’ll show in your body language and the effects of the pheros will push it even further. Now when you’re talking to them or giving them a 1 on 1 evaluation and you’re also getting their opinions, it’s best that you wear IH also, it gives a deeper communication, they might feel that if they can open up to you and feel trusted, the respect on their side should start coming, remember to always be firm and tactful, you are the boss for a reason, there’s no need to overtly show it.

I’d suggest A314, HIGHLY.
Here’s my suggestion, try 1 drop a day for a week…maybe even two, then two drops, try three…that honestly might be a bit much for a small business where people tend to be more casual with eachother but give it a shot, you can always pull back to two drops if it is too strong.
Now since I never recommend relying solely on mones, I’d also suggest getting a couple of books from John C Maxwell on leadership. I’ve been an advocate of his books and advice for a while and I’m finding that professionally his advice and A314 seem to compliment each other awesomely.
