Hi,
I have been living in a rented home with my family. We have been living here for the past 8 years. Now the owners of this house are planning to sell this house. My wife told me that it would be great if we could buy this house.
But we had no plans to buy a home because we are financially not capable now. But since we got an opportunity, we are thinking of buying this home itself so that we don’t have to keep shifting homes.
But I do not have any savings for this. Since this is a sudden plan, I am confused. I am thinking of applying for a home loan. I was looking for the mortgage brokers here and found Northwood Mortgage. I would like to know about the Northwood mortgage review. Is it a good idea to approach a mortgage broker or a mortgage provider? I need some advice regarding this.
What I would do if you are serious is very first thing check your credit score and see where you are at and go from here. I would then see how much you can really afford and see if it can even be done. This way you will know if you can even afford it or if you would be wasting your time.
If all else you could see if you could do like a rent to own program or maybe try and make arrangements with the owner of the house. This is where I would start.
