Celery pills comes in soft gels form. Can be taken 1 or 2 gels daily. No known of side effects or OD. Also known good for blood circulation and joints pain.

Iāve seen Yohombe in local US health food stores in pill/capsule format, but it has been getting some bad rep recently and not everyone stocks it here. If something runs afoul of the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) the fit can hit the shan, erā¦ shit can hit the fan. Chain stores especially will pull products off shelves rather than face possible legal hassles.
Yohombe can be dangerous for our health but only if you know how much to take. Anything which is more can be harmful. Thatās the reason why we have to strictly follow the recommended dosage. Same thing with Zinc pills too.
The big issue at least here in the US is that āsupplimentsā are not regulated or standardized. You have no idea if you are actually getting what is claimed, the strength, and in the case of things like herbs, if you are getting leaves, flowers, seeds and stems, roots, etc etc.
The FDA will not allow any sort of health claim, so ādosagesā such as they are, are ārecommendationsā that are up to the company that makes the product.
As I understand it, according to the FDA if you make a āhealth claimā you are addressing a ādisease,ā and only ādrugsā can be sold to treat diseases. And ādrugsā must go through an extensive, expensive, slow, approval process. And we have seen how well THAT process works (Vioxx comes to mindā¦).
Well, in Malaysia too, our government is very strict on this issue, especially products from China and some other countries which have a high level of toxic substances. Thereāre even counterfeit drugs manufactured and sold here where public have no idea about it. Most reputable pharmacies here sell products from Australia and The US.
