Has anyone noticed changes in sleep while using pheros? I’ve definitely noticed some changes but I’m not sure why pheros would cause changes in my sleep.
Just curious…

What kind of changes are you seeing? And how long before you go to sleep are you applying pheros? Most wear off within 4-6 hours, if not sooner.
I haven’t noticed anything except when I REALLY over-do the Shine, it seems that I sleep like the dead at night. My poor brain gets tuckered out, I think ![]()
Yes, I’ve noticed I sleep a lot harder especially with the socials. I think all the interaction with the people just exhausts me…even though I’m having a blast!
With Instant Sexiness, I wake up during the night sweaty. When I used it around 7pm once and went to bed around 11 pm, I woke up every few hours that night. Then I used it with a few sprays of TAH around 5pm and I woke up middle of the night sweating and had to change. The other day I used IS/a again around 8pm and woke up covered in sweat and had to change my shirt. Maybe I just have some sort of weird aversion to IS/a and TAH.
I was wondering if maybe the introduction of more pheromones at 40 would throw my system off or something. But it might just be the spray form that the product is in. I’ve only used essential oils for many years now. Nothing in a spray form. So perhaps that has something to do with it? I’m totally baffled but definitely feeling a little gunshy because waking up like that throws off my sleep cycle and leaves me kind of beat.
Any ideas or thoughts?
And this just started since you’ve used the pheromones? From your description, I would have said they are hot flashes. Are you sure you aren’t seeing some pre-menopausal symptoms? A good friend of mine is in her mid-thirties and was having hot flashes…her doctor told her she was more than likely on of the “lucky” ones who was going thru an early menopause. I found that kind of scary since I’m close to her age and was planning to try for another baby soon. I know everyone’s different but that scared the heck out of me!
I was wondering about that, River. I actually went through something similar in my early to mid thirties. I figured it was hormones. Haven’t had it happen since then until I started using these which was why I was thinking the pheromones might have triggered something hormonal. The weird part is that it’s only when I’ve used Instant sexiness later in the day. I’ve yet to only use it early in the day because the times I’ve used it have either been early in the day and later that day/early evening or just at night.
I called a little earlier about returning them. I kind of hate to do that. I haven’t filled out an email form that I’m supposed to yet because I was thinking maybe I’d get lucky and someone here would have a little guidance or some reasonable guess about what’s going on.
If it didn’t just happen on the nights I wore IS/a then I would definitely just write it off as me being ‘lucky’. I didn’t have any problem with Instant shine other than the happy nap the first three times I used it.
I’m just baffled and wondering if I should keep using it (IS/a).
TISHA!!! HELP!!! Re: changes in sleep?
Oops! Sorry for the late reply…I must have missed your response.
As far as I know, pheromones don’t have any effect on your horomones. IDK.
TISHA…HEEEEELLLLPPPPPP!!! Any input that you could give us would be most helpful and appreciated!!! Thank you so much!!![]()
Oh don’t worry about it. I appreciate your suggestions and help.
I think what happened had more to do with maybe some kind of sensitivity to the spray. I thought it was the pheromones since it didn’t happen with shine. But I’m now thinking that I’m more sensitive to the spray mix with the pheromones and not showering them off before sleeping, probably they’re in my hair and it’s almost like an allergic reaction. That’s the only thing I can think of. So I’m returning the IS/a and I’ll just get more of the shine, which I love.
Thank you for your help though. I really do appreciate it.
This is kinda funny.
I sat down with my computer on the bed last night, feeling wide awake. My plan was to check out the forum and read some about instant shine (double strenght), which I had been testing for the first time.
This morning I woke up still holding the wireless mouse in my hand, remembering nothing, and the laptop lieing upside-down on the floor. Then I picked up the computer and saw that I only made it to the forums front page.
In addition I felt like I’d been sleeping more heavily than I usually do. It might all be just a coincidence though ![]()
No - I had not been drinking or smoking ![]()
Yeah, me too… Now some users have reported that they have had wild and crazy dreams when first starting out with using pheros. My experience was kind of the opposite: I normally have mad technicolor, surreal dreams anyway but with my first phero-missions I was sleeping more heavily and not having any dreams at all, and woke up feeling pretty good actually.
Hmm, I have these types of problems when I eat food with preservatives (Costco meat is among the worse!). I’ve not heard of anyone having sleeping problems due to mones. Think about it, if you didn’t shower, would you have sleeping problems due to an increase in natural mones from your body? Not too likely…
Sometimes, when I OD on Instant Shine & P74 I got really sleep and feel like I’m driving in my dream (kinda dangerous
). I guess I’m just too relaxed. But I notice that I sleep a lot more at night - the deep sleep/God know when I should wake up kinda sleep.
Here is what I’m thinking, though I am completely new to pheromones:
Since pheromones can induce/promote certain feelings both in the ones who wear them and people around you, it’s likely that this will also be true when you go to sleep.
Hypothesis: since instant shine can make you feel good, and feeling good makes you more relaxed, this could help you sleep better.
I read in some thread that it’s one product that makes you focus better on things that needs doing (I don’t recall the product name).
Maybe it would be unwise to use this before you go to sleep ![]()
If we assume the above is true, then it’s also not too unlikely that sexual pheromones can induce wild dreams and make you wake up all sweaty ![]()
And maybe this is even more true when you are new to these products and your body is not used to the amount of pheromones you surround yourself with.
Here I am LOL
Its because of your neurotransmitters, they are still firing away and it can give you lucid dreams and sleeplessness.
Thank the goddess copulins wont do this. They make me have really really nice dreams LOL
Anol and Bnol tend to make my mind to busy and cause sleeplessness. I wont apply them unless its going to be 4 hours until I sleep. If I do have them on I get them off with a little witch hazel on a cotton ball. If they are in my hair I tie my hair up to keep it away from my face.
Ishine I dont have much trouble with. It tends to poop me out when I am coming down from it so I pop right off to sleep
On a side note, neurotransmitter are cool little dodads in the brain. when you have time look them up on line and learn about them. Jassy is more versed on them and knows of some suppliments that help keep them in top form. I will have to dig up some of her posts on it. I am not all the way through my studies in this area LOL.

Thanks for the useful info Tisha. I’m glad you got my call for help!![]()
Starlitegirl, with regards to the hormone thing, it’s actually been discussed fairly recently on the forum and I FINALLY
found the thread. Here it is if you care to read up on it further:
I hope that answers your questions!![]()
