So I was trying to ‘dry test’ today. Basically just walk around without mones just to see people’s reactions.

ah ha good testing j dub. I think it was hits derived from your own pheromone production. I know our main pheromones we produce are derivatives of testosterone. If one abstains, their testosterone production gets greater by the day until it will drastically drop at day 7. (untested by me).. Peak production being 4-6 days.. I sense the increased production after about 24-36 hours.. With abstaining for 2 days, eating a little celery and not properly washing away my body odour I was getting treated like the boss man last week. Notable androstenone like banter from males as well as chumminess and respect…
Generally I do not use synthetic androstenone often and notice mx297 being less effective if I have pollocked the night before.. But now my general rule of thumb is this. Because of my work I only really wear mixes at the weekends and if I’m getting lucky it’s then. Generally fapping is done just to release pressure and my deadline is Tuesday. That’s enough time to restore my intrinsic drive to be proactive about procreation and be reaping the rewards of natural phero hits. If I’m lucky enough to get some what I do is not shower the next morning and instead of a natural enone increase I have natural cops instead.

it’s crazy how simple it all is to do. I mean if a guy wants to pull some girls in a club or bar on the weekend he could just practice continence for a few days before, not shower the day off and eat some celery and he’d be so ahead of the game. Super cheap method, celery where I live is like 99 cents for a head. That’s not bad at all.

I find all it takes is two sticks of Celery a day for 2 successive days to notice the hits.. I maybe eat it 4 days in a row sometimes. Yes you are right doing those 3 things is like natural ammo.. probably better… What does Mx297 do for me? Well I’ve been raving about it for well over a year now in my journals… It’s my most successful pick up blend. Makes me care free, energised and fun to be around… It’s a safe product around everyone and has high attraction. It does at times have women opening/chasing you… Often you do have to do the openers but their smutty smirk and unblinking eye contact makes it far too easy for you.. Can make you a celebrity and for the first time this weekend witnessed it trigger an inferiority complex in a male. But I managed to smooth it over.. If you haven’t tried it yet I suggest you really should.

What do you use Eos for self effects? The only Eos I use are that in my cologne, being ADG and a314. Surely a whole head of celery a day and you will be verging on enone od territory. I seem to remember a member, orsica?, experimenting with eating eating shit loads and his hits diminished. I jokingly suggested a natural enone od at the time…
As for cops I have tried mx471-473.. not a great fan mainly because the scent mine came in.. effects where men were very smiley, sometimes go pink. Some smiley hits and banter from women but not enough for me to continue wanting to mess with it.. maybe eating pussy and not washing your face should be added the poor man’s phero guide lol.
I gotta admit the smell of MX471-473 is borderline usable for a man. A good cover scent tones it down well however, the smell is not that persistent.

I’ve went that route and I think eating pussy for the cops has given me great hits before (imagine how that line would read to an outsider haha).
My EO is made up of aphrodisiac essential oils and it hits hard on women. I actually got hits from a sexy 20s Hispanic female I work with who I could barely get any hits from any phero combinations I wore around her for over a year.
That’s when I knew it was gold. But I got some other crazy hits with it as well. The problem is the aphrodisiacs are so potent I often end up getting too horny myself.

I was making mixes and kind of cut back as most of them I have just throw in the diffuser by now. The ones I have had the most luck with and am looking in my paper journal , is in this order.
- Ylang Ylang 2. Jasmine 3. Rose 4. Neroli 5. Orange or Sweet Orange is even better 6. Lavender.
These are just from my personal experience and have not tested some of the ones Jdub has. There are so many to really test and have not got to them yet.
Yeah I actually find it seems to be that order too. The other ones I mentioned I only have in the mix to make the mix smell more ‘manly’. So I’m not sure if they are any use really.
so a funny thing happened with that Italian bird I met with my last mx297 post..
