Lady from last week this week came to mine.. I returned the favour with dinner and such… Got to say the last mix hit her better. This was smooth but I felt I had to do all the work in initiation and escalation… She reciprocates but it doesn’t really posses the chemistry I’m looking for.. I think I need to stop using schissandra, or at least lower the dose, as I didn’t even manage to finish last night. What does the smoothie taste like? Is it good or just tolerable? I imagine the banana and hemp milk make it tasty, but what about the rest?
What kind of dose of ashwaganda and shisandra are you using.. (tbsp, gram, etc.?)
For me, Ashwagandha (got the root powder) tastes… so horrible (lol). Shissandra (got the tincture) is a bit pungent but withstandable. Adding banana sounds like a nice idea to smoothen things out. Lol. Taking notes.
Plus that powder is to hard to dissolve in anything, it just tends to float back to the surface, I will definitely try blending it in mechanically with the proper equipment.
The shake is actually really tasty and the powdered ginseng hardly noticeable. I add vanilla extract, sometimes honey also, and blend well.. The gingko I take in a tablet.. The schissandra I empty out of a capsule. Its an extact each tablet equivelent to 1.2gs schissandra berry.. I put in 2-3 capsules.. For ginseng i do a heaped tablespoon.. For the gingko its about a gram or so of compressed gingko leaf, I just swallow it at the same time as the smoothie.. Shazam..
You mean ADG’ smell conflicts with neroli? If so it’s probably not because of the hedione, though. I mix hedione and neroli mones all the time . You really should get some hedione, it’s very cheap for years supply. It smells so neutral, almost like tap water. Very versatile.
I mean the smell of neroli doesn’t go with the smell of aqua di gio.. mx297 really compliments it smell wise though… yeah I should really get some straight hedione you’re right so I can use it with my neroli mones and make new mixes! got some jasmine oil for my mum but stuck a good few blobs on my lucky hat.. had some great fun last weekend wearing mx297 + adj + jasmine oil… its just such a great mix for attracting new women..

Friday night I get bundled into a taxi after last orders at my local by two very young girls and my mate, barman at local.. Results inconclusive… Caught ginger bar maid sneaking a peak at me when she came in to collect her wages. Sitting in a bar in capital city having a few pre drinks with a friend before seeing a gig.. 10-15mcg p133 solo sprayed to the neck… We sit up by the bar and are served by a hot blonde with a fantastic rack. I’ve been in a very similar situation before. Needless to say after much mistreatment, arguing, being mean, etc. .. to this day, she still tries to get a hold of me, after over 3 years of no contact. Some are just like that.
I found nothing completely got rid of her, but the best solution I’ve found is to just ignore.
