Now for something completely different. Hehe. Still pretty much down from the surgery, but today I decided to go to this store near my house that’s run by a really nice middle aged Asian couple. I believe they’re Korean, but I’m not 100% sure.
Anyway, I took a shower and applied 2 drops of A314 ver. 17 batch 5 Akuto scented: 1 on wrists and 1 split behind the ears, 1 shot of MX103 to the neck/chest, 4 shots of Instant Honesty 2x: 1 on both sides of my neck and 1 on each forearm, and 2 shots of P74 to the neck (25 mcg per spray).
I’ll call it the Bewildered and Confused Middle Aged Asian Man Mix.
I bought 2 bottles of Starbucks Dark Chocolate Mocha, 2 packs of smokes, 2 pizza sticks from the deli, and 5 lottery tickets. The poor guy didn’t know whether he was coming or going! He’d scan one bottle and one pack of cigarettes, then stop with this blank look on his face, void the transaction, and redo it, only to void it again and stare at the receipt for a second. Finally after about 4 or 5 tries, he got it right. I felt kinda guilty for doing this to him, as he’s a really nice guy to me every time I come in. Unless he was already preoccupied with something, I’d say I struck a nerve with this mix.
I might have to do it again in a few days just to confirm it was the pheromones. 
EDIT: Doh! I forgot to mention the piece de resistance! 2 shots of Spaceland to the chest. Heh. Think that might’ve done it?

In the A314 Insider’s Club forum, I put out a request for your general opinions about A314, because I’m working on something to help boost its effectiveness using “inner game” type strategies to address the congruency issue. Notes from The Mad Data’s laboratory. (with a respectful nod to the one and only MadTater, hoping to honor him with the sound-alike moniker, rather than take anything away. )
Posit: Dirty smells like what a committee might decide an unwashed vulva would smell 3 days after unprotected sex (assuming both partners are STD free, and she’s got a really good BC regimen going on). It’s also a pretty strong concentration. The question then is how do we effectively dilute it without taking too much away from its effectiveness, while giving it a more… palatable smell?
The test. Mix 10:1 with baby oil, which is just generic mineral oil laced with a light baby powder fragrance. Given that Dirty’s smell is so distinctive, I saw no harm in using an unwashed, empty A314 bottle. Further, since the smell of Scent of Eros (unscented) is so light, I saw no reason why adding a bit to smooth off the androstenone edge of Dirty would hurt the test. (As if it was the androstenone in Dirty that needed smoothing over. HA!)
As reported in a previous post in this journal, I mixed 10 drops of baby oil to 1 drop of Dirty and 2 drops of Scent of Eros. After using it that one time in the Money Penny mix, I added 20 more drops of baby oil, plus 2 more drops of Dirty to keep the 10:1 ratio intact. I did not add any more SoE. Whatever A314 residual remained was not detectable by smell.
I gave the now sealed A314 bottle a vigorous shake for 30 seconds and left it in a drawer in the bathroom for approximately 1.5 weeks. I would shake it every 3 days or so, vigorously and for 30 seconds, as in the first time.
I have now tested it by smell (however not in the field. That will come later) and have this to say about it: Remember the 3 day old unwashed vulva I mentioned before? Yeah, the concoction smells like someone tried unsuccessfully to wash that vulva with baby shampoo.
Key word here: Unsuccessfully.

LOL. At least you tried. I’m a bit scared to test out mixing with oil based products. I’ve had this lil curiosity bug in me itching to order dirty and TAA oil. We’ll see how bad it gets.

As long as you’re mixing oil with oil, it shouldn’t be too much of a problem. I’d like to get a hold of some perfumers oil, as it’s odorless, but baby oil will do as a substitute. Even small amounts of an oil product mixed with an alcohol product is okay as long as it’s understood that what you’re making is a suspension, which requires a thorough shake before each use. Kind of like Italian salad dressing.

Zeph, thanks for the reps on the last post there. I wanted to also point out that there might be a problem with spraying an alcohol/oil suspension. Not too sure how well oil sprays, even in a suspension. For when I do mix oil and alcohol, I usually dab.
Heh… Just to take that Italian dressing comparison to the next level, I have a couple of spray bottles I use in the kitchen for misting my grill and spraying bread as it bakes (YEAH, I BAKE BREAD ON OCCASION! ANYONE GOT ANYTHING TO SAY ABOUT THAT? 
).
I ought to mix some oil and vinegar and spray some in a cup to visually check if the outcome is balanced, and if not, which there is more of.

That’s a good point of concern. I wondered the same thing when Eldros suggested to PhatSounds to combine his remains of Instant Openness with some a314. I questioned whether the oil’s viscosity would be thin enough to allow it to properly diffuse through the spray nozzle. He stated that you don’t spray it, you just shake it up and dab it on your wrists and go.

I bathed and put on:
2 drops of A314. 1 to wrists, 1 to chin.
1 Spray of Instant Female Magic to my upper back
2 Sprays of Instant Honesty 2x. 1 on the back left of my neck, and the other on the back right.
2 sprays of Instant Shine. 1 to the back of my neck, 1 to my hair
2 sprays of MX203. 1 to the front of my neck and one shared on wrists.
Remember the caucasian girl among the otherwise all Asian staff from my first report here? She was still there. And open. And pregnant. I took a seat, and she asked me if I was okay. A side effect of my surgery as I heal is that I’m a bit bent over and slow. Like an old man. Anyway, I told her about my surgery, and then good lord was this girl chatty! So was I, really, because I was rolling along right with her. We talked about cats, dogs, my job, her job, where eachother was from, etc. I did some probing on her ethnic background for research purposes, since I figured that would be relevant. She was all to eager to tell me. She’s ethnically Jewish, with her family originating out of Eastern Europe (After she told me that, I could see it instantly in her features). Somewhere in all of this, she commented on how good my shampoo smelled (I’d just showered before leaving, and my hair was still a little damp). I just sheepishly smiled and said Pert Plus, since it wasn’t a lie, despite the fact that she was probably smelling very little of that out of everything else I was wearing.
Haircut done, I paid and tipped her, and she was all “See ya next time, hon!”
As pregnant as she was, I doubt that… but still, interesting trip.

Does a suspension of alcohol and oil retain it’s mix ratio when throroughly mixed and sprayed? Experiment #1.
Just want to point out that this isn’t the most scientific experiment in the world, but take from it what you may find useful.
I took 1 empty to-go bottle and thoroughly washed it with hot water, including pumping a bottle’s worth through the spray. I then filled the bottle half way with 91% Isopropyl Alcohol, the “medical grade” stuff. I pumped that through the spray, then removed the spray nozzle and pumped any remaining liquid out of the tube. I let all the parts sit to completely dry.
Next, allowing about a quarter inch of “air space” in order to shake the contents, I divided the bottle by half. The first half I filled with the alcohol, adding 1 drop of red food coloring to distinguish it from the oil. After stirring it together completely with a wooden q-tip handle, I filled the second half with baby oil. I screwed on the lid tightly, added the cap, and shook vigorously for 15 seconds. Visual inspection revealed no immediate seperation and a thick, cloudy appearance so the suspension was pretty much as mixed as it was going to get. I sprayed approximately 1/4 of the to-go bottle into a clear shot glass, then covered the top of the glass with a spare Joker card I’ve held on to for obviously just such a purpose.

Ten minutes later, and I can clearly see there is approximately equal amounts of oil and alcohol.
The next step is to let the to-go bottle sit for a little while, then shake and test again. Stay tuned.

I think if you mix oil and alcohol you will need a surfactant to make a good suspension.. And yes, oil will spray, but it might require a different sprayer nozzle. Armor All or Black Magic come to mind as an example of an oil/silicone that sprays.
BTW, Perception gel does not spray well. Something happens, though, because the pheromones dissolve into the alcohol, and the polymers tend to “clog” up the nozzle and squirt out as goop . It’s inconsistant. I OD’d on Perception this way, getting a “killer” androstenol buzz once. I smelled like a tomcat had whizzed on my head and I slapped some Brut on to hide it, it was really “smelly”, but nobody noticed the smell or commented on it. LOL. All accidentally of course. I was spacing out in the middle of a restaurant and the dude I was with was like “what the hell is wrong with you?” We were both spacing out, it didn’t go away until I went into the bathroom and washed it off.
Yeah, mixing gel and alcohol is going to be a little more complicated, since the gelling agents may react to the added alcohol. I realize now that I mis titled the experiment. It should be “Does a suspension of alcohol retain it’s mix ratio when throroughly mixed and sprayed?”

nice report! just curious, have you tied mixing(layering) A314 and SOE together as both are oil based, i’v heard some good reports from the two.
I have a presentation next week and a serious group interview, just wondering if that’s a good combo i can use, still new to pheromones.
K24- Shouldn’t be any problems mixing A314 and Scent of Eros together since they’re both oil-based. SoE is a little thinner than A314, so a good shake before use will play it safe. Just remember your dosing and ratios. Because you’ll want to dab this mix, here’s something you can try. This is how I did it with the Dirty baby oil and A314 from the Moneypenny mix.
Take any flat surface. I used the lid to a tupperware container. Cover with a sheet of plastic wrap (I actually put the lid in a 1 quart ziplock bag, flattened all the air out, and sealed.) You now have a palette that you can easily clean by tossing the plastic/ziplock. Drip 3 drops of A314 and as much SoE as you want. Let’s say 3 drops for simplicity’s sake. (Check the LS forums for more info on dosage amounts, as it’s typically expressed in inches from the roll top bottle)
Mix together with a blunted toothpick. Blunted, so you don’t poke holes in the plastic. All you have to do now is just use your fingertip as a paint brush and dab away!

thanx for the great tips will give it a try. I think for tomorrow’s presentation, i’ll just stick to 2 drops A314 alone for the time being, i want teh respect and nothing else, just pure status and respect, i want people to hear and fear me
Scent of Eros is oil based? I’m going to have to try that some time. Maybe my next order. I need something that gives off generalized vibes and lasts a while and doesn’t blast me in the face (and has no androstenone). How is the musk fragrance?
Looks like I may be ordering some Scent of Eros and SOW from Lovescent soom. Also, I may order some A314 if my MX172 tries keep getting better, but I don’t want to be aggressive with it, for sure. I also need to develope my social skills more first. I think that can wait for the future, too.
Well, that kills the idea that oil won’t disperse properly out of the spray nozzle. Although, I gotta ask, what kind of oil did you use? I’m sure that while some oils would work, others may not.
Equate (Wal-mart generic brand) baby oil. It’s about the same viscosity as-- perhaps slightly thinner than-- A314. Going with the whole mix ratio integrity thing, I’m going to try 3/4 alcohol to 1/4 oil and see if the sprays reflect that.
Will post results sometime this afternoon.
