ok so i have a date friday night with my ex-girlfriend. were goin to see alice in wonderland then maybe some drinks. I havent seen this girl for 5 years we dated for 6 months then split she dated another guy for 3 years and just recently broke up. From the pheromones you have I would recommend just going with the ammo. This is a good stand alone product and I wouldnt combine it with anything. Maybe 2 sprays - 1 to the wrists and one to the back of the neck.

I completely understand the shy part cuz I still struggle with it sometimes. What always helps me is the self effects of a314. My suggestion would be first put a drop of a314 on each wrist and rub behind ears on neck. Let dry for about 15 minutes or so. Then spray a few sprays of CTTM2 on back of neck and head. After that I would say a spray of Ammo on each inner elbow, or wrist if wearing long sleeves. This mix along with a drink or two always brings me out of my shell and subdues the anxiety. Just wondering though…what is your age and how old and what race is the girl?
