My ultimate goal is to explore the role of pheromones in social bonding and social influence, and those molecules look to be very promising for this purpose. My immediate goal is to get through some extremely competitive interviews so I can finish my doctorate. The putatives may hold promise in this area as well.
Last night after work the wife and I decided to go out to a neighborhood bar for a drink or two. Now we’ve been together for almost 10 years, so it’s not uncommon for me to feel like I don’t have much new material to converse with her about. She’s a talker and could go on all night, but for the last couple of years even her repertoire’s been stretched. I mean, we see each other every day
On the way to the bar I reached into my coat pocket for my togo of Instant Openness and gave it a healthy squirt behind my right ear. We haven’t had such a fun, easy conversation in a while! We ended up talking about all sorts of things, even laughing about our wild teenage years.
For me, this stuff seems like it will be worth using just for the self effects. I’m very eloquent in purposeful discussions, but I’m not always the best conversationalist. With this stuff on I just kept having more things to say. I also found it easier and more enjoyable to attend to what was being said. I’ll definitely need to test this out some more.
Tonight we’re having a cocktail party with a goodly sized group of people, some of whom I’ve met and some of whom I haven’t. I’m planning on using:
- 1x A314
- 1x IO
- 1x IH
Anybody want to make an argument that I should increase these quantities for greater merriment?
Nope. I don’t know what your results are from sweet spot testing.
If it’s a casual party with some people you don’t know then maybe you should bump the IO to 2 or 3 sprays, but I assume that you won’t have any issues either way.
What other products do you have? I suggest 2x A314 + 1 x ammo + 2x IS + 3x IO + 2x Ih sounds pretty good! Let us know and enjoy
Hey there Dbot! I can relate to your difficulty on convo’s with the wife… seems like we know each other well enough that we are content just to be in each others presence… We’ve gotten to the point of completing each others initial sentences… 
But, yes, you can get some most memorable convo’s about the past… as well as the future!!!
As to your mone combo, for a base line, that looks good… can be the observer in others reactions to the mones…
Though for sheer fun, I’d add a couple of more sprays of IO and IH… check out the loosening of the tongues and the sometimes brutal honesty that can surface… 
Or you can drop the IH and bring in IS with the same amount of sprays… happy and fun times await!!!

@Josie & 1Alpha - I’m still working on sweet spot testing. So far I’ve seen good results from 1x IH, and good results from 1x IO. I haven’t really seen much of anything from IS, so I’m going to leave it out of the mix tonight pending further review. I haven’t used IH & IO together yet, so in theory I should stick with 1x of each to see how they work together. But its a lot harder to be scientific when planning a cocktail party than when planning a lab experiment
I think what I’ll probably do is put on the baseline combo of 1x each before the party starts, and then at the 1 hour mark I’ll apply 1x more of IH and IO. In theory, that should induce an experience of progressive bonding between the various groups of guests, some of whom already know each other and some of whom don’t.
Of course, the party should only last about 3-4 hours, and the mones should easily last that amount of time, so there’s a real case to be made for just applying 2x of each to begin with. Especially since people will be drinking, which will progressively reduce my ability to distinguish the results of the pheromones from the results of the normal drinking/bonding process.
@CoolKat - Golly that sounds like a phero-storm. 
Here’s a tip that Jasmin taught me a long, long time ago, in a city far, far away. Spray one particular chair at the cocktail party with 3 sprays of IO and observe that chair throughout the night.

Unfortunately I have little to report regarding last night’s festivities. The turnout was not a good as we expected, so although we enjoyed the company of those who showed up the party never reached the level of wanton sociality that you generally hope for in a party.
I administered 1xA314 and 2.5xIO (I half-missed with the first spray) to my neck shortly after the arrival of the first guest. I didn’t notice much difference either in the way I was feeling and conversing, or in the way others seemed to be relating to me. Talk was relatively easy through most of the night, considering that only a half-dozen people were there at any one time, but I don’t know for sure that the IO made any difference in this.
At the 2-hour mark I applied 2xIH to see if it would deepen the social experience of the small group of guests or alter the apparent social dynamics. I didn’t notice too much change after this administration, but upon reflection the mood in the room did become somewhat more playful after this. However, different people were coming and going all the time, so it’s hard to attribute the change to the IH.
I administered 3xIO to a particular chair shortly after the arrival of the first guest, and noticed no unusual activity around the chair during the evening. For the first hour it seemed as though people were avoiding the chair. After a while my wife took her place in the IO seat and remained there for much of the night while talking with the guests. This could point to a “hostess vibe”, or it could just be coincidence.

I’ve read all the journal and I have a question for you:
What kind of A314 do you have? When did you buy it? It seems as if when you mix A314 with other stuff, your interactions with others are significantly worse than using IH or IS by itself. If you own the A314 oil-base, then may be I think you should try the A314-A spray.
For your interviews, and from my own personal knowledge (don’t take it for granted of course but just from what I’ve been researching and reading for months now), you should try one of these combos:
A314-A, IH, P74.
A314-A, IH. (add IS if that works well for you)
A314-A, IS.
I also suggest you find your sweet spot for each product by itself.

Thanks for reading, PheroJack. You make a good point about the version of A314 I have, and it’s something I’ve also been thinking about since this thread made me realize that I have an older and probably ornerier mutant stepchild of A314 - the 2008 LoveScent edition.
I’m going to test the products I have on-hand without the addition of any of the A314 for the next week or so, to see whether the poor responses I’m seeing might be a result of an unrefined Alpha baseline. Maybe my A314 doesn’t play well with others.
It’s clear I’ve got a lot of testing to do. I wish I could do it faster!
My putatives and IG have also arrived, making it even more difficult for me to restrain myself to a valid and reliable methodology.
Haha, I just knew it man! It’s 2008 LoveScent Edition. It’s not from AD and won’t work well, guaranteed. The only thing you could buy from LoveScent and has been recommended by some users here even, is A1. Leave the stuff you have aside for a while and substitute it with IG for now, till you get a proper A314 . No one knows what’s in the stuff you have and how it will affect your experiences. Watch out from them younger girls though .
That’s interesting; what are you basing it on? I’m sure the formula’s changed significantly, but the old LS version has produced very positive results for me over the past 2 years…
I went out shopping for some stocking stuffers this afternoon, doused in 4x IG covered with Yves St Laurent. This is my first time using IG. I went for 4x to start out with because I’m still looking for any really pronounced effects from pheromone products outside of my ancient-astronaut version of A314. I feel like it would be easier to pick out the subtle effects if I could reference them against glaring ones.
I went about things in my usual, outgoing way–asking girls their advice on the gifts I was buying, enlisting store clerks in my neurotic back-and-forth decision-making process. So far I really haven’t noticed anything out of the ordinary from today’s dose of IG. People have been pretty average in responding to my contact, and nobody’s really paid me any mind otherwise.
3 might be just the right amount for you.
I’ll give 3x IG a try next time I go out.
