Does putting on deodorant, such as Old Spice, negate the effects of mones? If so, are there any methods, other than deodorant, that prevent odor?
(don’t say take showers, cause I take them, and get clean)
Try to avoid anti-perspirant. There’s also some natural sprays at places like Whole Foods or Trader Joes. Remember too that your arm pits aren’t the only place you produce musk.
Our products help replace the natural mones you wash off, so I’m not sure what your concern is or if it’s just curiosity?
It’s mainly curiosity, and I never knew Whole Foods has them. I’m going there today as well. Thanks dude.
My personal recommendation is anything with sage and citrus. ![]()
Avoid aerosol, they should be bottles like ours (not necessarily cobalt) with atomizers.
Wait, so does deoderant lessen pheromone effects or not? I’m confused.
I’m sure he was asking about natural musk from the arm pits. Less musk/sweat = less mones of course.
Wear deodorant and use what you have from us to replace the effects of natural pheromones, that’s my suggestion if you’re worried about stink.
Ok, gotcha. Just checking. ![]()
I use anti-perspirant and regular deodorant. From experience it does seem that when I use anti-perspriant the mones are not as effective as when I use regular deodorant but the difference is hardly visible. Only thing that is different is it takes more approach when using the Anti. Like you will still IOIs and what not but the range of your phero trail not be as much as it would have ben using regular Deo
You’re talking about your natural mones right? Because unless you are covering your application points, then your underarm deodorant can not possibly be suppressing them.
Not entirely true my man. I have tested some of this and deodorants can effect the mones like the scents will combine.( not to say if the mones effectiveness is affected) But I have had my underarm deo combine with my ammo and It was not a pleasant experience.
Putting deodorant over mones would decrease diffusion… try not to use it to cover up mones, man.
This topic is discussing the effectiveness of the pheromones, not clashing with fragrance. Underarm deodorant could not possibly effect the pheromones you put on unless you spread it all over your body on top of the spray. It’s just common sense.
Ok basic Pheromone concepts.
Once sprayed on the skin, the pheromones would diffuse and break down through body heat and bacteria on the skin.
This is all a naturally occurring process, hence you see the effective times, and also why if you sweat a lot you will see different spikes in pheromone effectiveness. Temperatures will also slow or speed up the diffusion of pheromones.
Deodorant and Anti-Antiperspirant are meant to suppress bacterial growth and prevent sweating from the underarms. The effects are localized to the application region.
So if you spray your pheromones on your skin, it won’t affect anything unless you are spraying it directly on an application point of deodorant/antiperspirant.
