Did you guys see this? And what do you think?

What the? BRAINWASHED!!!

… I wouldn’t be so quick to jump to that.

We never know what experiences make someone tick, or have them make the choices that they make.

I’ve made choices in my line of work that utterly removed me from one life and put in a totally new one. Like, a totally new one. (Not witness protection.)

I lost my family. I lost my friends. Forever.

And yes, as silly as it sounds to some of you, I did it for my country.

It’s a price we pay, at times.

Are you sure they drive in? From what I do know, most A51 employees are flown in. There’s not much around A51 to drive from and most “USAF” soldiers are flown in from a base in Nevada.

Agree.

There is the issue of sensitive information and security clearances, and whatnot. Sometime you have to do things that are personally distasteful or even painful. I think we can’t judge him because we just don’t have enough information. It is tragic, though.

Diane

Splitting hair as usual, Steve…

Yes, “driven” in the sense of picked up at home, driven to an airfield, flown in on their own “speshul” plane, and driven from there. And reverse to go home.

If he were to tell you anything about what his airforce buddies and himself see and do on a regular basis, most likely he would risk life imprisonment or death, and there would be a massive cover-up and almost nobody would know what truely happened to him. I am guessing he is also hiding information to keep you safe as well. If you don’t know anything about what he does, and what he sees, you’ll be kept free from the lifestyle that they have to go through, for choosing such a career and learning such valuable and top-secret info.

Rule #1: Don’t ever be on the bad side of the government.

Yeah, I was just yoking. I bet it’s only something that you can clearly understand once you have it actually happen to you, like for example who knows what Lor’s friend had to see, or endure in order for his change to happen. Maybe he had to change for his better, and in order for him to accustom himself better/a lot easier?

Not brainwashed but loyal and maybe even a bit frightful of the non-disclosure agreements.

I mean how many of us have been in the service of their government. I have, and I can assure you I spent an entire month after my release signing docs stating that discussion of company secrets, even if future declassification occurs, is considered treason and is punishable by prison and in many cases DEATH.

I worked with NBCR (I think it CBRN now) US Army SOF Technical Escort and there was NO joking around about it.

Off the job, that was mostly a blur of Tequila

Or maybe it is as simple as being under orders. Insubordination and failure to comply in the military is not a light matter.

Diane

I was messing with yah

Fuck yeah, I don’t want to die! :stuck_out_tongue:

So it’s understandable for the person that has to keep secrets or change his lifestyle for his job classification, it’ll be easier for him to deal with the change because of said information meant to be kept secret. However, I’m sure that it’s hard to understand for the others (in this case Lor.) I’m sure she knows that it’s something he has to do of course, considering his job classification but I’m sure it still sucks she lost a friend. But as mentioned, it’s either you snitch or risk something far more serious.

And now since we’re talking about conspiracies and whatnot, this brings me to a question for Tiger. :stuck_out_tongue:

What’s the deal with said “concentration” camps in the US? Eerie music in background.

I bet! Once you sign the dotted line you’re in. Loose lips sink ships.

Pack your bags, buddy! I’m coming to get you!

You’ll soon find out…

Fuck LOL.

Sprays you with P91. Not after that you won’t LOL!

Be careful what you wish for, lol.

this is very long and drawn out (you dont get to mitchell for a minute and a half into it)
but this is the “lecture” he made recently.
he leaves you no doubt where he stands.

another reason why people dont talk on the phone about this stuff lol

wow.. that is seriously fucked. Thankfully, the FBI does take this kind of thing very seriously and their field agents are a very helpful lot.

Diane

wayyyyy better edgar mitchel interview.
this interview blew my mind lol
