Do I really have to take 2 days off

What happens if I dont take 2 days off from pheromone use…?
Will I become immune?
Will other people become immune?
Whats the best cycle I can use?

Any thoughts?

Thanks.

I usually don’t take any days off. I just change mixes every day.

If you don’t, it’s like wearing the same shirt everyday. No matter how nice it is, and how much attention it may get at first, people won’t notice it as much if you don’t change it. They get used to it.

if you wear pheromones everyday 7days a week, what eventually happens is a pheromone build up and very high chances of OD in a nasty way because what is left on the skin tends to be .none, after most .nols have been converted to .none anyway, those 2 days without pheromones help maintain a balance, even 2 days off is too short for some, 3 days is probably optimal, and showers daily

it is sort of a combination of Bronzie and Flipcat.

Some users switch up what pheromones they wear from time to time with the thought that as people get very used to their phermone signature the pheromone effects wear off.

Another line of thought is pretty much what Bronzie told you. Even after a couple showers I can still smell the pheromones on my application points.

Remember - what you are doing is similar to pheromone replacement theory (from showers, etc.) but at a much higher dose than normally occurs. And they can really stick around on you.

That’s good advice, especially for androstenone products like Turn Up The Heat, but I don’t know about the Androstenol to none conversion stuff that I’ve been seeing lately.

I’ve seen that idea more on another forum than I have here, but I think you guys get that only from old school products. It really doesn’t seem matter with the products here, at least the ones I’ve used.

I’ve used Spaceland a lot, and even with the big wallop of androstenol, it doesn’t get edgy with time. It goes from silly and playful back down to normal when it wears off. Totally different feel than androstenone.

P74 is ultrasocial, too. I don’t know if it’s an androstenol or what, but that just seems to cleanly fade away over time, as well.

I use a good amount of instant shine 3 to 6 sprays a day…
That doesnt have any none in it does it?
How does everyone feel about “Turn up the Heat”?..
And What do you think is a good daytime mix…?
I only use "Shine"in the day.
And Ammo, and Shine when I go out at night…
I think I really have to get a314…
Your thoughts…???

You guys are great…keep the answers comming.
Im gonna get a phd in pheromones…

Thanks.

A314 and/or Instant Gentleman are a good daytime bet. Actually Ammo is not a bad daytime addition also. Instant Female Magic would ot hurt either.

I personally use MX 172 in lieu of A314 and MX 169/237 in lieu of Ammo. These versions are (mostly) the base version with another phermone component added in. I add in Instant Openness and Instant Honesty into the mix - along with some putatives.

Really? That’s not my experience.

I honestly cannot say I have ever had a 'none build-up problem - at least that I noticed - but as I stated above I can still smell the 'mones even after a shower. I personally use them pretty much every day unless I know I am going to have little to no contact with other people.

So this is pretty much one of those questions where everyone has a different contrasting oppinion…

However I have come to the conclusion that with anything in life you Must practice Ballance and Moderation…

anyway…thank you…

Does anyone have any favorite mixes they use?
I would like to know…Please…Entertain me…

You can find mixes all over the site.

My daily mix:

2-3 drops A314 (or 2 sprays MX 172)
2 sprays Ammo (or 2 sprays of an MX version of Ammo)
2 sprays Instant Openness
and sometimes
1-2 sprays Instant Honesty

this is for work, bopping around, whatever
things usually go my way

I also have and work in as a substitute or as needed:

Scent of Eros
Turn Up The Heat
NPA (kinda like Turn Up The Heat)
Primal Instinct
Chikara

Pheros (a natural pheromone cologne sold elsewhere) as a cover for above mixes during the cooler months. Pheros is VERY well received.

And one of the GREAT aspects about this forum is that you can mention pheromone products not sold here as long as you do not link to them.

Search for more mixes - there are many. Check some posts by Sigma, Toilofday - they are young guys - also Examine, Steveo. You can probably find others with Gonewiththewind, rbt, Futurist, Tacitus, Pheroquirk, Catlord17, Gegogi just to mention a few. The first four are younger guys so their mixes may be a great starting point for you but the others have listed some great mixes also.

You will also find age, ethnicity and diet can affect the above. A very GENERAL rule - orientals (like Gegogi) tend not to produce a lot 'none so he can wear lots of 'none heavy products (Turn Up The Heat, NPA) - at a level that would be OD for most people. Same thing kinda happens as you age, or seems to happen with vegetarian diet (again Gegogi - 50s and vegetarian). Blacks (examine) and perhaps hispanics (sigma) MAY produce more 'none so they may not want to add too much into the mix. Us older guys can get away with adding in more - even on a daily basis.

I sometimes add in a spray or two of Turn Up The Heat to my daily mix just because … say, if I know I will be in a female heavy environment. On a younger guy working with a younger crowd it could come across as very aggressive - both to males and females. Scare away or irritate the ladies and evoke aggressive physical/verbal responses from the guys. Me being older around mostly older women - I just see a little flash in their eyes when I know they have gotten a whiff.

good for you, however it is the general consensus regarding this matter, on the L-S forum it is very well documented to be the case that continuous application of pheromones to skin and without a break leads to OD, especially when the pheromones used contain high amounts of .none

however, in your case, it may be just something very special with your body skin chemistry or you shower an awful lot…

I doubt it is me only. I would be riding the special bus if I was so special.

Mathematically, constantly applying -none in the same amount every day leads rapidly to a steady state where the amount applied each day equals the amount your body disperses to other people’s noses. It’s provably so, unless you believe that magic intervenes and you suddenly disperse more -none on one particular day than another.

And it’s true no matter how “sticky” you think -none is. Whether 10% of the -none you apply disperses each day, or 90%.

Buildup from applying a given amount each day does not cause OD. Applying too much phero on some particular day causes OD. If you convert -Androstenol to -none, that is just another way of applying -none, and should be factored in.

I’m with MarkL - I have never had a problem with build-up although people do talk about it and seem to have experienced it. But then again I do not go 'none heavy on a regular basis, I shower very regularly and sometimes twice a day because I work out regularly which also “sweats off” some of the 'pheromones I applied.

I suspect that those who do may go more pheromone heavy than I do as I listed above AND probably go more 'none heavy than I do.

So all I can tell you is some very experienced people say it does happen and has happened to them but it has not to me. Like a lot of pheromone use - this seems to me it is based on which pheromones you wear, how much you wear and your personal chemistry.

It may depend on all sorts of factors. Your personal body chemistry. The pheromones themselves. The carriers they are in. Where you apply them. How much you apply. The soaps you use etc.

I personaly haven’t really noticed “build up” effects, but I rarely use heavy androstenone products or oil-based products. Often apply to my hair, shower daily, change clothes daily and launder between wearings, rotate products, am over 50 years old, etc etc etc. Plus there are days when I don’t “encounter” anybody to get reactions. If there was a “build up,” by the time I get close enough to someone long enough to see effects the product may have dissipated or been “moderated” by later-applied products.

My opinions.

I haven’t noticed a build up problem on myself, but I do shower every day and that may be giving me a clean slate. I also change shirts and I can definately smell the “leftovers” on yesterday’s shirt.
