Do u take a day off from pheromones...

I have been wearing mones now for like for a few weeks straight. Mostly nols and rone, does that pose a problem, or should i take a day off from time to time. TY

Personally I don’t see any problem. At least not yet.

I guess if you shower regularly, I don’t see any problem.

Some people get burned out when they first start using pheromones on a regular basis, but if you don’t notice any negatives, then I don’t see a reason to take breaks.

I do sometimes epsecially when around family, for example I just got back from florida visiting family, and I wore no pheros at all

It is odd though I felt naked that is for sure

I take many days off, not for any reason in particular, maybe to see the results better with a contrast

Without Pheromones 4 days and it's tough!

I get a call every once in a while from a client that has given up on pheromones. It happens as some are just not socially aware of their surrounding’s. I’m always in shock and awe when it does happen though so I did a little experiment. I went without mones for four whole days just so when I went back to wearing them I could judge again if it was me or the mones doing some of the work. For four days life was complete and utter hell. I mean no smiles, no happiness, no touching nothing. Funny …

For more than 6 months i have been using pheromones every single day.
I haven’t taken a break for a really long time ..

I dont see any negative effects so i dont think i will be stopping them

But if you are doing some testing i suggest you stop for a day or two and then continue.

I change my pheros after 4-5 days of use.
I stop the nols but i start adding more TAA (example)

from my family i did not notice anything different

but from strangers when I went out I can tell a difference, in terms of respect, friendliness, chattiness, more relaxed, easier to talked to
