for 5ft, those weights are healthy. im 5’7 and 120.
IMO tighter folds of skin are more visualy attractive. If you look at a virgin or inexperienced females vagine and compare her to a porn star it would apear there is a direct relation to the tighness of the skin fold to the tightness of the vagina. I’m not about to say that this is true because that’s going from one extreme to the other.
I’m getting into assumptions and speculations now so my final answer is I don’t have a clue. I’m not a gynochologist. I’m just a man giving his views on the newly developed vaginal rating system. 
Actually plenty of men and women find certain vaginal appearances more attractive. Witness the surge or plastic surgeons that advertise cosmetic surgery for women’s dainties. There was even a show about it on the health channel not too long ago. Unfortunately, they couldn’t show the before and after images. However, I got the drift women were more particular about the appearance of their vaginas than men, and it was thought of as just another part of the body to improve, like having tight abs or shapely arms.
I doubt there are any universals about what’s more attractive. I prefer it smooth with slightly enlarged and darkened lips and clit (stick out of the slit). Others may prefer hairy and red with no protrusion.
After all the emphasis on large penises plenty of men are feeling inadequate. Now the bad thing about this topic is women are going to worry about their vaginas not being pretty. However important that wee member may be, it’s how all the components add up to make the whole that count. I don’t think too many guys have broken it off with their girl because her kitty wasn’t cute enough.
How much of the perceived aesthetics of private parts is a direct affect of the “mainstreaming” of porn and stripping tho?
Which i think is feuled alot by the Internet age, personally, since it’s increased accessiblity to pornography at least. (btw - i make no moral judgements on porn or stripping)
I have heard a lot about vaginal tightening procedures…which sort of saddens me, because in ways it shares roots with female circumcision, except now, women choose it for themselves.
but perhaps all of this is just a reinforcement of our refusal, as a society, to age the way nature intended.

Unless a woman drops her skirt (or pants) and there’s a gator with a ZZ-Top beard or she has an obvious microbe problem, it really doesn’t matter much to a sane guy what the goal zone looks like. Are you providing your partner with as much pleasure as she craves? Then her genitals are functioning properly and you’re to be commended on a job well done. Every single one of us is different – that’s what makes it interesting.
I don’t see the connection here – so perhaps you can explain – women (typically young girls) who are subjected to this brutal and often painful proceedure are being prepared for a life of no pleasure – only “duty”. Those that choose to have cosmetic or other restorative procedures, perhaps following childbirth, may be doing it to increase their own pleasure capabilities – or to please a partner.

The aesthetic considerations are interesting too, but the article Nunya referenced in her original post is, I believe, referring the sensate qualities of the vagina, not its appearance. Tight-feeling vaginas, in other words, not pretty little vulvas.
His point is that women with the best copulin production, even if they are not tight, can provide the greatest pleasure to a man.
There has been one aspect that has not been mentioned, that of size w.r.t. ‘race’. On average it goes size wise from small to large asian european african from what I remember. However, just trying to find the original study to cite, I found conflicting evidence from several other studies. I do know that of all the asian men I have seen in porno 80-90% have been what I would say is on the low end of the scale of european length/girth. Moving on. There is also a certain je ne sais quoi about some vaginas. Sometimes the bits just rub you right.
In this respect I can personally object. One of my past partners had absolutely no smell or taste. She was also one of the more enjoyable partners I’ve had. With me, enjoyability is directly proportional to genuine enthusiasm and indirectly proportional to inhibitions.
I tend to disagree - from a purely aesthetic viewpoint, before porn was easily accessible - i don’t think most people ever really considered styling their private areas. (think 70s full bush porn) Now with certain aesthetics infiltrating the national subconcious, and brazilian waxing being an entire episode of Sex in the City - fashion has changed, and people pay more attention. and I don’t even want to get into America’s puritanical streak. IMO, i don’t see the bearing on vaginal sensate perception. I could be wrong, tho.
Well there are varieties of genital mutilation - i do agree they are all about fulfilling one’s role in any particular society, but one type in particular involves sewing the vagina almost shut, so that a man’s pleasure is always assured. That’s what made the connection for me.
And this is how i’ve always understood it - it’s not just the vagina itself, but the female attached to said vagina that can make or break a sexual experience.
I’m sure there is something there. However, I can only speak from my personal experience. I’ve always preferred certain types of vaginas over others (this really sounds silly!). I’m Korean and my first GF was Korean. She was naturally almost hairless and had a beautiful labia and clit. I soon found out most women weren’t really as attractive down there. Nevertheless, the physical feature that turns me on the most are women’s eyes. If those push my buttons, it almost doesn’t matter if she’s smooth or well endowed. It’s really a minor consideration compared to personality or general appearance.
yeah and i have a friend who actually prefers full and un-trimmed. He raised his little girl tho, and i think that has some bearing. he used to detest a woman shaving, and god help her if she was all the way bald - he just said it reminded him of little girls and he wasn’t at all comfortable with that.
but again, it’s all in what youa re used to, and I think another important thing is i think those first experiences, always imprint heavily on sexual psyche too.

I’m not sure and I can’t, unfortunately, relive that moment to find out! My ex-wife and most of my GFs have been Korean, Chinese or Thai and all of them had little kitty fur. I’m talking 5 or 6 thread-like strands. They didn’t shave their pits or legs either. They didn’t need to because they were naturally smooth. My mother and sisters lacked leg and pit hair as well (didn’t check anywhere else!). My Japanese and or Vietnamese GFs were hairy compared to other lovers but not jungle bushes like you see in old American hairpie pornos of the 70s–more like long thin billy goat beards! Human beings are different. Some have glorious hair while others are naturally smooth. That’s how it is. The variety is probably a good thing. Now I should mention, although many Korean, Thai or Chinese have little body hair, they often envy White women in the worse way! They spend thousands of dollars on plastic surgery for double eyelids, larger eye openings, larger breasts and thinner noses with higher bridges. Lots of Asian women with their beautiful jet black hair curled and dyed blond too. I spend massive bucks getting my ex-wife’s eyes fixed. The sad thing was I actually thought them perfectly beautiful in their original form. Of course, she didn’t feel the same way. And everyone else in her family had double eyelids installed and eye enlargement.

My preference is shaved completely. I don’t find it relating to little girls though. I’ll even shave myself. There is in increase in skin contact that makes the experience that more enjoyable. It makes feel closer to my partner in a small way. Maybe it’s the action of grooming to increase the pleasure for each other (visual or contact wise), or maybe it’s the increased contact in those areas.
IMO I’d have to say that visual apearance isn’t that important unless you are looking at porn, then I could see looking for what you like. After all porn is made to satisfy fantisies and personal erotic preferences.
Personally, the appearance doesn’t matter as much as the tightness, though both are related. The only thing that I have a preference for as far as looks are concerned is that it be trimmed or shaven. And, no I’ve never graded vagina on a number scale, or described it on the terms in your orginal post. Yes, there are times when certain vaginas look better in appearance than others, but it doesn’t really add much except appeal. I’m more or less concentrated on the feeling during sex, though. Anything visual prior to that would be the face, and then the breasts. I do love baby-faced girls. 
Yeah when I was in Honolulu I saw a lot of that. Especially with the Japanese girls in Waikiki who were utterly fascinating to me with their thousand dollar dresses and shoes and little parasols on the beach. Being South Asian - I understand the pressure other Asian women feel - but I’m not willing to change what God gave me, you know? It’s been working out well so far. Yeah there’s little things I do - but nothing to mess with my face in it’s original form.
My preference in men is the same - it just makes things easier. I think my friend’s psychosexual issues are really just his issue tho - I think he wasn’t in any way prepared for being a father or dealing with a daughter - so this is jsut part of how it plays out.

I agree about the dying thing. The whole Asian craze of dying their hair blond to seem more western is just silly to me. They’re ruining amazing hair! Although I have seen some amazing curl jobs that make my knees weak. Very loose, lazy curls in long hair for instance. My multicultural psychology teacher (korean) got the eye fold gene though and has to deal with everyone thinking she got surgery. So she’s natural which is fine, but I also appreciate the no eye fold eyes.

As I interpretted his words, he seemed to be mostly commenting on this vagina’s ability to produce copulins. Perhaps he has a rather sensitive nose for such things. If he indeed knows what he is talking about and thus knows what he likes, he may just need his woman to get off “the pill”, as I am under the assumption that since it tricks the female body into thinking its half-pregnant, it will thusly prevent copulin-production.
That’s my almost-scientific answer… personally, I have never met an “average vagina” as by the time I get to meet a woman’s vagina, I’m far too attached to said woman. It doesn’t matter the time of the month, nor do I pay much homage to the vagina’s originality. That being said, it does help smooth love-making out if I can go deep without causing pain. Being well-endowed has its short-comings (no pun intended).

As i was living in England many years ago there was a young man who has an appartment situated in the attic next to mine, amd he called viginas “plumbers bags” so i suppose them bags once folded up reminded him of one.. ha ha In my younger days and up to midlife i have slept with about probably about 70 woman, i know this probably is not a great number by the standards of young men today, nevertheless i never regarded having sex with a woman as a competition as some do, most of the time i would really have been attracted to something about the womans features and her femininerty or lack therof, and the woman did not necessarily have to be absolutly beautifull, as it is was just as easy for me to fall for an average looking girl, and at least 95% of the women i became intimate with, i actually felt that i had fallen in love with them and had to have them for in nearly every case there was something so alluring about each one that i could not resist, and some of the lengths a young man will go to for the sake of love is amazing, i sure am glad i am older, but getting back to the subject of vaginas, well i never ever could find fault with any of them, as they were all just so wonderfull in their own way, and each possessing a personality of its own. all so wonderfull, and maby i had good luck, but i never entered into one that i thought was to sloppy, and if they were a little sloppy on the outside all the more adventure, The only real problem was with a few girls who were a little tiny, but even that little bit was still really nice, i never complained… BUT one thing turned me off a little was this, some women will go into the bathroom before sex and wash their loverly thang untill it is squeeky clean, i can understand this, but i like them unwashed and ar la natural.
