This is a thread in answer (or to complete) to the women’s thread about smell of vagina and to find out if any of you guys like the smell of Copulin. I would like to mention that this is not a joke, but to share our honest opinion. I didn’t want to ruin their thread, and so I opened this thread in the men section.

Back to the subject… I can’t stand the smell og vagina. I somewhat hate it. It is also a reason I never have oral contact with a vagina. and to be fair, I never ask a woman to BJ me. It’s nothing to do with a healthy or unhealthy vagina, because between all my ex-girlfriends, they couldn’t all be unhealthy. It’s just all vaginas have a special smell. Women can all smell it without bringing their nose closer! Just read their thread.
I am glad that my penis doesn’t smell, hehe.

And copulin. I read that it turns on men. hm.. I actually bought a copulin product (Instant sexiness, if I rememeber correctly) and it smelled like… You can’t actually decribe it but if anything it could do, it couldn’t turn me on.

I like how women’s body smell when I move my tongue across their neck and breast. That turns me on. But little bit down and I am turned off :stuck_out_tongue:

It depends wheter or not you like the girl or not. Also, by looking and smelling down there, you know if the girl is healthy, infected, abnormal, etc. If the girl is healthy and you have some interest, it smells great. Some are stronger, but it doesn’t matter

I don’t like the smell of unhealthy vagina, there’s a bacterial infection that smells like rotten fish. Won’t get near that.

But… a healthy vagina has the sexiest smell I’ve ever encountered. What a turn-on!

Don’t kid yourself, unless freshly scrubbed, your wang and surrounding area is almost as rank as kitty. And women notice the scent down yonder just as much as men do.

Personally I love the scent of healthy and recently showered womanhood. It’s intoxicating. But the key for me is not too strong. Too much is a turn-off. There’s actually an extreme variety of scent and intensity and every woman is different, even different from day to day. Not sure why, but some scents drive me wild while others are grin 'n bare it. It’s difficult to isolate scent from appearance and personality as many factors intertwine to create the overall attraction. I do know I prefer her hoohaa smooth and with large labia…

I’ve always loved the smell of the vagina, or more correctly, the vulva. As a matter of fact, certain songs make me want to experience it. The smell is slightly different coming directly from the vulva, or through panties, or through blue jeans. But it’s all a major turn-on!

If I’m into the girl, I’m into all her natural scents, the only exception being when she’s menstruating. Even then it’s not a big deal, I just won’t put my head down there.

Hey guys, a straight female perspective: I dated a guy who had an aversion to worshipping at the altar of womanly pleasure. Ultimately I dumped him over it. Not just because he wouldn’t even try but mainly as for me it represented a form of sexual repression and as a sexual and sensual woman it is integral to any relationship. IMO such aversion also represents misogynistic tendencies with an Oedipus complex …

A couple points before I give my answer. First, a woman’s vulva and vagina both produce a scent, and it’s not always the same. Typically, it’s so intertwined that a guy doesn’t notice though. Guys are just not very particular in general, about such things I guess. :slight_smile: For most, “pussy is pussy”.

Second, aside from health issues and cleanliness, a woman’s scent will be advertising her genetic properties. Whether you think she smells good or not will depend on your own genetic properties. It’s all about the genes, guys… if she has an immune system that picks up where yours leaves off… she will smell very good. If she is too closely related, or she has a very similar immune system, she will tend to smell off-putting. Most women are somewhere in between.

It also has to do with her physiology. Some women have a very feminine physiology, and some a more masculine one. The more masculine her genetics and physiology, the stronger her noticeable scent will be. The more feminine, the softer and/or more faint it will be. I know of a woman who has no detectable cent at all, but when I am close to her sex, I can feel her pheromones tampering with my brain. I know another woman (knew, I should say), who had such a strong and foul scent that no amount of showering would remove it. I was so put off by it that I couldn’t even be within four feet of her, but other guys I knew could smell nothing. Genetics.

And last but not least, if she is genetically compatible… I love it. It’s intoxicating, literally. The most compatible woman I ever met genetically frustrated me, because I literally could not stop eating her even when I really wanted to move on to sex. And the “stun” effect on my brain was amazing… I literally walked around in a daze for hours after eating her.

On the other hand, a guy whose had a really bad experience may subconsciously decide that “all women smell terrible, and I hate that smell”, and for him, the placebo effect will very likely make it so.

So, guys… it all depends. I love it, when it’s the right woman. Most women are neither exceptionally good or bad, and I still enjoy the pheromones. Some… well, we’re just not compatible.

Find the right woman, tough, and see if you can get your face out from between her legs. Unfortunately, that’s pretty rare. (Or fortunately, since I’d have starved to death or gone insane with sexual frustration, eating her instead of having sex when I was that insanely aroused.)
