Sometimes. Some people have had effected targets making an effort to contact them after being exposed to some of the putatives. Don’t remember which one.. probably P83
Like Maidenfan said P83 can sometimes have lingering feelings.
A314 can also leave an “imprint” on the target because they will continue to picture you as this high value individual (as long as you were congruent 
).
A-1 also continues working after you leave because I’ve had girls follow-up on me right after a date or after I’ve spent any amount of time with them.
Yes they do but the reaction varies somewhat. Remember pheromones signal and that signal tells something about the person who is signaling and evokes a emotional response.

Think of it like going to see a hot stripper. Now of course while your there its very arousing, fun and stimulating. Once you leave you may not feel all those same feelings as acutely as you did during the performance but unless you have alzheimer’s you will remember the feeling and what caused the feeling and when you think of that stripper you will feel those same emotions on a more subdued level.
Now your job is once you use those signals to evoke feelings in a girl is to leave a good impression. Give her a reason to think about you again so those feelings will surface when she does. Its also good to try and create some sort of anchor to help bring up those feelings again when your not around.
