I keep seeing people talking about not wanting to be in the wind, roll down their windows and the likw, because they don’t want their pheromones to be blown away.
Logically this doesn’t make sense to me because it’s dispersed liquid on your skin and once it dries, it just seems unlikely.
Now I understand, you won’t get good hit if you’re outside and it’s real windy cause the mones would be dispersed erradically, but does the wind actually “erode” the mones away??
If so, I’m fucked, cause I live in NYC and you have to walk everywhere and I lso ride my bike for transportation.
So, my guess is wind DOES NOT actually erode the mones and people are just being paranoid, but is there something I don’t know going on here?
Dude try putting them somewhere the wind wont naturally be able to ‘erode’ your aroma so to speak. But which is still productive in dispersion, like the back of your neck. Just a suggestion
Yes I’m actually wondering the same thing. It’s summer here in LA and I love cruising around on the freeways with my windows rolled down. It usually takes me 30 min to get anywhere…will that negatively effect the mones in anyway by the time I get to the venue? I’m also wondering about cigarette smoke? Will the smoke (or the residue smell) cover up or negate the mones in any way?
Yes, but if you hide them under your hair or collar, then they can’t get out and do their job. And if the back of your neck is open, then the wind can hit there just as easily as anywhere else.
But honestly, I don’t think that the wind can erode or blow away the pheromones, any more than wind can erode or blow away cologne fragrance or BO.
Screws with it as in washes it all away (aka blank slate) or screws with it as in mixes it all up and makes it confusing? I just took a shower and was planning on going out tonight for some testing…d’oh!
blank slates you buddy. Unless its none which can be kinda sticky. None residue (build up) can be a problem if you don’t account for it. Don’t skip personal hygiene for pheromones. just take a shower and then apply/re-apply
As far as wind in concerned, I should point out that IME, even though I drive around with the window down all the time, I still get pretty good hits. So I know that wind doesn’t negate the effects completely. I was just curious if it weakened the effects or not. Maybe I’ll try a few times without the window rolled down and compare the results.
Normal wind is nothing. Now if its hurricane or tornado winds then you have a problem but its not going to be whether your pheromones erodes or not.
The only thing wind does is direct the air flow. If your down wind from your targets it may effect distance.
I recall one guy being worried about riding his motor cycle and having some trouble but I dont think it makes a major difference.
Cigerette smoke wont negate the pheromones. It can make them harder to travel up the nasal passage because the smoke inflames the nasal tissue but again its not a major problem.
