Ok I love, love peach sugar from elementals.
I want to try some new stuff. I wanted to try turkish delight from mmu but the flippin thing has been discontinued.

What I would love is a heavy, rich seductive rose more rose otto than tea rose, mixed with other scents is fine. Chocolate with that would be lovely either dark or white.

I am open to other recommendations though. I like heavier more seductive floral based fragrances as a rule - not too sweet. Flowerbomb is too sweet for me, I like boudoir because all though it is a floral it’s not a girly floral - if you know what I mean - it has a little attitude.

I like incense type smells too and orientals. I love the smell of frankincense, myrhh, cedarwood, sandalwood and so forth. Shalimar and Mitsouko are on my favourites list. My all time favourite fragrance is unfortunately discontinued it was chaos by Donna Karan.

But I wouldn’t mind trying something a little different. If any of you, based on the above can think of something I might like I would love to hear it.

I’ve been using pink sugar and peach sugar for a change, but am now looking for an autumn/ winter heavier darker fragrance - of course is has to be a hugely sexy fragrance too! Bear in mind TG is coming back to Scotland soon!

Yeah scents LOL

I am a more foody scent lover but I do have alot of florals as well.

Everything at MMU is so great there has been really few scents that I havnt liked.

I tried Belly Dancer and liked it…

I am going with the pumpkin scent for fall. Ail suggest Beautiful stranger a while back and I got a sample and it really is amazing. Cotten candy pumpkin raspberry suger. You expect it to be really sweet but its not.

Love scents has alot of good stuff. They dont sell lotion though just the scented oils. I bought a big jar of unscented shea butter from Elementials. I take a scoop out in my hand and then put a drop or 2 of scent oils in it for what ever scent I am wearing that day to make a lotion. Works good and makes a nice companion to the fragence oils. She sells samples to so you can smell all her goodies.

Oh my god I just checked and she has a bunch of new scents. Looks like I am going shopping tonight LOL.

Thanks Tisha, that must have taken you ages! I do like the sound of the fig one and also the chocolate rose - and just about everything else, but I must think of my poor bank manager’s blood pressure.

I’m definitely up for something seductive, sultry and perhaps even a little bit “sinful” this fall :slight_smile:

I SHOULD really be thinking about using up some of the other stuff first and clearing some space on my dressing table… but nah! :smiley:

May, I bought the MMU Whipped Bath Butter in Chocolate Rose and the scent is wonderful. Like an exotic dark chocolate truffle infused with roses. Not too sweet, just right. Thumbs definitely up on that one.

Cleanse is a great scent for hand soap, smells just like the description says.

The Creme Brulee (which I tried in Angel Mist) wasn’t quite what I hoped, more a creme caramel scent, if you know what I mean. I wanted a burnt sugar note, and it has more of an authentic caramel scent instead.

My current scent craze is L by Lolita Lempicka–I might start a Parfum thread about it. It is a cinnamon vanilla scent with immortelle in it, my absolute favorite perfume note. And it actually mixes with EoW, incorporating it into the scent of L in a pleasant way instead of covering it completely. Amazing stuff, so I had to share even tho this isn’t quite on your topic.

I’m looking to replace Victorias Secret Sugar & Spice Seduction body mist. It was a limited edition. I do plan to purchase a few bottles I’ve found to stock up but eventually it will be impossible to find.

Have any of you smelled this before and do you think these stores may have something comparable? It has a brown sugar, vanilla and spice scent that manages to not be sickly sweet or over powering.

Of the stores listed Bathed and Infused seems to have better ingredients so I would prefer to purchase from there. There are quite a few gourmands listed there too. Thanks for the url!

Flying witch has alot of VS dupes and she has the one your looking for.

I have never bought anything from her and dont know how close her dupes are or how reliable they are so if were me I would do a test order first. You can buy a 1/2 ounce for like 3 bucks so if you dont like it or the quality in not up to par you wont be out to much money.

The other companys have alot of things that are close but still they have added things to it so it may not be to your liking.

I will keep a eye out for you.

Thanks for looking Tish, that was truly kind of you. I am not going to go with Flying Witch, she doesn’t offer information and I’m not looking for a perfume I prefer the body mists.

I’ve purchased 3 bottles of the Victoria’s Secret sprays that should hold me for awhile. I’ll probably pick up a few more if I happen across other scents of the discontinued line that interest me. Ebay is my friend!

Bathed and Infused body spray ingredients are also similar to the VS. Chamomile, Aloe and witch hazel to me are all a bonus compared to ingredients I can’t pronounce. :slight_smile:
