can emotional intelligent be learned?
I know a lot of quality people are missing this aspect in their personality including me. How do we learn to convey this emotion correctly to the opposite sex without being too threatening or too friendly? thus will connect with them emotionally?

No reason it can’t be. Emotional intelligence is simply a more convoluted way of saying “social skills” and “empathy”, rolled into one term. And being skills, they can be learned. There are plenty of books and websites teaching this material. I would just recommend staying away from PUA sites for now; some of them shame the reader too much and teach borderline sociopathic tactics. While a certain degree of hiding one’s flaws and using slick persuasion tricks is a necessary evil in the dating world, you also don’t want to go too far in that direction with the ladies.
