I had a first date last night that I was very nervous about. I know a bit about this guy already. He is a friend of a friend, and we have talked on the phone for a little while before planning this date. He’s a very good “on paper” guy (and from what I’ve experienced with him so far), and I was very keen on making the best impression possible with my phero signature. I already know I’ve got everything else squared away. 
I was indecisive about what to wear for this first date: to be honest, a majority of my phero experiences this past year have been exclusively about ramping up sexuality, and this is definitely not what I wanted in this case. I wanted to come off as sexy, yes, but not so sexy that he was overwhelmed by it and wrote me off as a good time only. He’s already admitted that he is actively looking to settle down with someone, and I assumed that if I came off too va-va-voom that he would back off. I wanted to be seen as sweet, cute, innocent, fun, soft, vulnerable, intelligent, and easy going with sexy sprinkled a bit on top. I am already all of these things, but I wanted the power of pheros to drill it into his brain! I also wanted to trip his drive to nest and was kicking myself that I used the last bit of my Androtics’ EST in a full-on sex mix that was completely inappropriate for this situation. So here is what I did (after getting advice from SteveO and Bella ):
About two hours before my date, I applied one spray of MX135 to my already-fixed hair. I wanted a “ghost effect” (not the same ghost effect as reported by the men with -none) of MX135, but not the full-on “HEY EVERYBODY! HERE I AM!” reaction. I figured two hours was a good time to allow the pheros to settle in, dissipate a bit, etc.
Right before I left the house, I applied:
- two sprays of Instant Sexiness B unscented to the back of my head directly over the MX135 application point for more TAH and a teeny bit of cops
- four sprays of MX282 for the P74 and whatever else is in this mix that makes it so wonderful (dangit SteveO! shakes fist at the phone for his reluctance to tell me what is in it) and for its ultra-yummy scent
- one spray of Instant Honesty 4X to the top of my head and one half spray split between the backs of my hands
Before I got out of the car at the restaurant to meet him, I applied:
- two sprays of TAA @ 12.5mcg to the top/front of my head
When we met inside the restaurant, he gave me a nice long hug. He’s quite a bit taller than I am, so I knew my head full of chemicals was blasting him right in the face. 
Long story short: our dinner went very well! We talked non-stop and connected in the sort of way I was looking for. When he walked me out to my car, he hugged me again, this time tighter, and longer. There are a lot of sparks between us, but this is as far as it went.
