I would always go for an application point that gives you as much self-effect as you can handle … upper chest, front of neck, sides of neck, chin/goatee, cheeks, upper lip …
Upper lip because I like being able to “blow a Shiny kiss” at someone when I’m really amped.
BTW, I don’t use Instant Shine at work any more except for large group meetings where I’m going to be “on”, though I do use Alpha Androstenol (spaceland) in combination with A314 often.

but yeah, i get that a few times, and some looks. But not really that many affects, its kinda what i expected, so i’m happy with it
