Hey, here’s a question. We’ll use a314 as an example. I like the self effects of a314 a lot. I’m normally somewhat shy, and I sometimes have difficulty looking strangers in the eye when i speak to them. I feel that if I wear a314, i wont have that problem as much. How can I get the self-effects I want without ODing?
The best idea I can think of is to just do it.

I’m no expert, I’ve just been using a314 about 2 weeks, but here’s my two cents. I’m not shy and I always look people in the eye, I’m a salesman/shopkeeper I HAVE to. What i’m seeing is that a314 makes people look at me when I’m talking to them. This naturally makes talking to them easier. Changazn is right when he says “Just do it”. Practice, practice, practice. Get in front of a mirror and look yourself in the eye if you want to start small. Then tell your mom or dad (or someone else you trust) that you want to practice looking people in the eye and ask them to let you practice on them. If you don’t know what to talk about recite the pledge of allegiance or the lyrics to a song. Do it every day for a week then start practicing on outsiders. Looking people in the eye and eventually expressing emotion with your eyes will get you a long long way in life. I think pheromones may be just a way to make things a little more fun! BTW I use one drop spread from my chin to my adams apple and if i want more I split a drop between my wrists. It makes me feel dressed up I guess.
its easy for me to look people that i know in the eyes.
Well then, to me, that means that you just need to be MOAR open. Eye contact is always a great opener. “Hi, how are you?” is second.
Eye contact is an amazing thing. Most people DONT make eye contact. That alone separates you from the rest of the pack.
This made me think of another question. What’s the pheromone I should get if I want to be more talkative, and have people talk to me more? I had a to-go bottle of openness, but I didnt really notice much from it.
Agreed, Tater. I make a point to look all of my customers in the eyes, and it seems to make more of them feel at home than not. There are occasionally a few that get put off, even upset by it from time to time.
I’d say honesty, or straight Alpha -nol.
Taters a big fan of CTTM2. Its crude but it does the job.
