lol this might not be a real politically correct subject right now but i was thinkin, are there pheromones for like homosexuals? I mean the ones we have rite now are used to attract opposite sexes, and from my brief personal experience with them, they give us a nice advantage. Now, I have no problems with gay people at all, but i was kind of wondering if ther were pheromones out ther that can like make men attracted to other men and stuff.. i mean it would be kinda scary if some phermone made me gay or something… just some thought

even coming from the side of the conscious choice debate, i still find no reason how pheromones would “make” you gay. no outside source can force you to do anything, period.
Perhaps you’re going about it the wrong way. I carry candy in my jacket pocket all the time for just this purpose.

lol well its not all that impossible.. i mean regular pheros make people subconciously attracted to u rite? well then why cant gay pheros make u subconciously attracted to the same sex?
I really don’t think pheromones really make someone feel attracted to you. Rather, they seem to work by activating existing attractions, and bringing them to the surface.
I think gay pheromones might work in bringing a closet person out of the closet…but they won’t create attraction to someone of the same sex unless there was some sort of pre-disposition for homosexuality.
if i recall correctly it is actually a fragrance with pheromones in it..i’m fairly certain as i purchased some years ago. it’s a mediocre, fairly typical “club-scene” fragrance, with this forum and Androtics there is really no reason to invest in that particular product, imho.
as for pheromones ‘making’ someone gay…it truly is frightening to me that straight guys think there is some way that gay males can ‘trick’ them or ‘seduce’ them into being gay! i’ve always been gay..no one, no pheromones ‘recruited’ me. as far as i’m concerned that would be the equivalent of spraying pheromones on my dog and being sexually attracted to her…far-fetched at the least! or my best female friend wearing her pheromones…that in no way would ‘trick’ or ‘seduce’ me into wanting sex with her…i’m not interested in playing for her team! (sorry katelyn!! ;))

i had to edit in that i am not so much worried about the ‘political correctness’(i am about as far from pc as can be…and proud of it!! ) but just the lack of really thinking about the posed question…hopefully i will be forgiven for that bout of bluntness!
