I find it hard to actually get the product out the bottle. Is it just my bottle or is there a special technique? I have to shake it a lot and eventually stuff comes out. But it seems to come out inconsistently so when peopel say “1 drop” its hard to know how much that really is.
Standard procedure for me: Open bottle. Turn it upside down over wrist. Wait approximately 11 seconds (This was mentioned previously by MHarris, I believe)… drip! About 5 seconds later, a second drop. That’s as much as I’ll put on in one place.
When only about one third of the bottle is left, the drops comes out really fast, 5 seconds for the first drop and half a second for additional ones, so pretty hard to control the numbers of drops
when the bottle is full, it takes about 10 seconds for the first drop then a few seconds for each subsequent drop. as the bottle becomes emptier, the first drop takes longer and longer while the second and third drops come out quicker. i am guessing that the colder the bottle is, the longer it will take to get the drops out. try keeping the bottle in your pocket for a few minutes before you use it to see if it pours quicker for you.
it also depends on how warm your hands are, it takes me maybe 3 seconds and the next drop is almost right behind the first. I will get 2-3 drops when I am trying to get only one. but then my hands are almost always warm, and the bottle is cooler when first picked up.
