I have two ideas about this:
The first is to take what she’s said (or is rumored to have said – check the souce) at face value, as in completely literally. Perhaps she can’t see you two together now, but she really just needs to know you better for that to happen.
I would be totally NLP on this: invite her out, and take her to one of those booths where you get your picture taken (or have some other method to get a picture of the two of you together – e.g. photoshop the pictures from the school annual) and take the picture to her and say "Someone told you that you couldn’t see us together, so I wanted you to have this picture to look at. Will you keep it in your purse and check it a few times a day and think of me?"
Second, whatever she’s said, it doesn’t seem to me that her mind is settled. Does “be with” mean marry and live together forever, or does “be with” mean you two “go steady” or does it just mean would she enjoy your company one-one or in groups? So perhaps you should just ignore this talk and consider it a shit-test.

Another NLP thing… the easiest is to ask her what her criteria are. Hey, sweetie, what things do you need for a guy to be right for you ? You could go so far as to ask her to list them, which are her top 3 “must have” deal points ? Then ask her who in her mind is the best example of that quality… Then ask her how she knows that this person actually exhibits this quality… So, you like to believe that Tom Cruise is a Rhodes Scholar ? … isn’t that interesting… then ask her if she realistically believes she will find such a person… you have no idea how many people begin with relationship goals that never going to happen, they have too many free hours to read magazines and think the world is populated with beautiful, perfect, fully appreciative and forgiving of the faults of others naturally, sexy men and women holding their breath for ME!.. as if… as time goes on they become more accepting that a good deal may not be a perfect 10 deal but it sure beats no deal… so then you might ask this girl if she finds you cute and adorable, in what ways do you differ from her idealized boyfriend, and how she knows in the first place this ideal guy exists or actually will bring her happiness ? 
ok I we went out again as we both noticed (by phone) that we are interesting in eachother… now.. nothing happened… I can only say this for today: Pheromones make me go extremely shy!! Sometimes it happens, I think it isn’t due to pheros, that you can feel shy like you used to in the past when you were younger. I don’t think it’s an effect of pheromones. If anything, ammunition helps me NOT feel shy for instance. It might be different for you, though.
