Thats cool that your doing sociology.Must be a pretty interesting course.Thats cool that your friends sent you over to take a look.Like they said,they do help but it does take a bit of effort to get the best effects from them(^_^)They make things easier but you still have to do the interacting.A good book on communication along with the pheromones will definitely help.I quite like the books from leil lowndes for that.It goes into a lot of tricks to have good body language and to keep conversations going.
Can understand being shy and introverted.I used to have that quite bad when i was in high school.Found i had to talk to lots of people in college and when i started working though and the more i forced myself to do it,the easier it got(^^)Tends to be more a matter of practice than anything.The first few times are hard and you find you get more confident and the bigger your comfort zone becomes.As for products for you to try,would get some instant openness since your shy.Will make people more chatty and conversations will be easier to keep flowing and avoid awkward silences.If you dont talk,they still might happen though so would also work on your shyness too but it makes it easier.Other than that,for general interactions with people.Might go with some instant gentleman to get that reliable alpha feel that people can trust and rely on you.Good for most situations and a good everyday products.All the best and dont hesitate to ask if you want to know anything.Lots of helpful and friendly people here(^^)

For the workplace nothing has been better for me than A314. It really boosts your ranking with people and makes you more alpha. That “correct personality” your friends were speaking of is what we call congruency. It’s used in the same way that mathematics uses it. A rectangle can pass for a square if it looks enough alike, even though it isn’t a square at all. Same principle. Your pheromone signature can be altered to suit whatever sort of personality you’re looking for - you just have to act as though you already have that personality.
Say you want to be more social - spray some IO, IH, or Instant shine, act like the life of the party and (not instantly, but close enough) you’re the life of the party.
Or say you want to be that badass that’s a total homewrecker but still gets the girl - spray on some IJ, look standoffish, and make some dismissive remarks and wham - you’re THAT guy.
It’s all about congruency.
