Generally Im a nice guy with lots of wisdom (at least thats what some of my friends keep saying ). I have the appearance of a mid twenties guy always get carded for alcohol although I try not to touch that stuff a whole lot, but dont mind having a ice cold beer now and then. Im pretty lean and stand at 5’10’’ started working out again, so I have a bit of muscle.
Generally I like to focus on one female at a time but I have been having the urge to get in touch with the wilder/younger side of me this last year or so. And so I feel like I need something to boost my confidence up since Ive been out of the clubbing scene for years. Ive heard of Pheromones before but have been skeptical about its effectiveness, but am willing to give it a shot since im not getting any younger . Im thinking of going with Ammunitonx2 Strength, Instant Opener, Instant Shine and Turn up the Heat for those one on one encounters. Ill be keeping a journal on my mixes and doses once I get my supplies, any help would definately be appreciated.
Ammo you may not need the 2X with though. Generally men over 40 need higher amounts of anone and your mentioned your pretty fit. If you find the anone is to high though you can always use a half spray.
TUTH, Ishine and IO are great. This will give you a nice well rounded bunch of products to use.
Most products tend to effect your confidence in a positive way. If you need help or have questions just ask.
Good products, though like tisha said you should drop the ammo down to 1x. save 2x for if you decide you will never, ever want 1 or 3 sprays of ammo (unlikely, but possible!) or want them so few times it is worth the extra pheros.
Try 1 of each of the products you mentioned above once you progress into mixes- that works great for me, and while I am younger (and therefore produce more anone) you can always try out another spray of ammo or TUTH
But before you do that i’d recommend you find your sweetspots for each product
basically
start with 1 spray for a couple days, if you’re not seeing anything, take a day off then try 2 sprays, and so on, with each product until you find the amount that works best for you!
It is tedious but worth it.

I already feel like Im really going to enjoy the family like atmosphere here in PheroTalk. Ive already placed my order for most of the products save for Ammo(guess they are out at the moment) and will wait patiently for my package.
Ill follow both your recommendations and go with the Ammox1 Strength. Once I get them Ill start my testing for those Sweetspots, and record my findings in a journal as I progress through those trials. Thanks for the support guys.
That is by far the best part of trying out the mones and becoming more experienced with them, is the family atmosphere around here. You will feel right at home im sure and im thrilled that you want to keep a journal going because everyone likes to read each others experiences, which also helps to alleviate a lot of skepticism by newcomers. Ive been so busy with everything i barely have time to even look for reactions, keep my journal updated, let alone put mones on! So glad you will be adding your part to the forums !
